Ishita is so pure and innocent that

- nothing happened in a twelve years relationship, no intimacy (not even kissing?)

- no physical desire for a man she supposedly love, no wish to appeal to him

- dressing up and being overly touchy feely and free only with the third angle.

- she is more understanding of her sauten than her husband
