I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels this way. I know mihika took this step very irresponsibly, she should have confined in mihir, bala, or at least opened up to ishu. But alas yeh tu hona hi tha. And I feel terrible. No woman and I mean no woman how ever dumb, stupid, or annoying deserves this. I hope she receives the justice that she deserves. After that hopefully we well get our Ishra confession ;)

Waiting for the day of confession
And you right no women deserve this terrible thing.. Ashok should be punished

she's writing all these tracks being a woman herself. and she doesn't even give them proper closure by handling the story sensibly.
so disappointed.

Yeah I don't understand why this is called a "mature" show...nobody acts in a mature fashion...and when something as serious as rape/molestation, effin drugging someone(!) takes place, it needs to shown by somebody who understands how sensitive the issue is, especially in her own country!!!, and needs to be handled with the responsibility it deserves...and not flippantly as it hase been...the writers and the entire production team have done a shit poor job and a huge disservice to all their viewers and to their own characters and story.

It's disgusting...and from the recent articles posted here things aren't getting an prettier...this show sucks!

I didn't watch the shitfest but from what I've read, if Ashok did have sex with Mihikha after drugging her (and most wu's aren sure that it went down completely, some honk he only tried to make it look like they did it) then it is rape as the girl was drugged! Even if he didn't go all the way with her he has still committed a serious offence...and could and should be charged. He clearly won't...obviously because the writers and production Team have shown time and time again the rapists and molestors all get a free pass on their show to prey on other characters. 🤢

what mihika did was heights of stupidity, tht is going into the room with a certified lech like ashok..but what TM says is also 100% true..she was drugged and forced into sleeping with ashok..she was not in her senses..its pretty obvious tht ashok raped mihika..

but enough is enough seriously. just HOW MANY of these tracks does a show need??

do the writers of this show have some sort of molestation fetish or something? Disgusting.

i totally agree..every other week sum woman is getting molested..ishita has suffered thrice now, sarika, mihika...i wonder if they will stop or go on to toshiji or ruhi also...the makers are sick in their heads..its like a game for them..molest a woman, and bam! change the track as if nothing happened..

I don't know much about laws in India, but I find this a wrong law. Why does someone have to be married to have sex? 😕 In fact, why does someone have to promise marriage to have sex? Don't get me wrong. I am against pre-marital sex, but if two people consent to have sex before marriage, that's their business. Neither should be forced into marriage just because they had sex with each other.

Besides, this article isn't very clear. It listed these two points which shed doubt on this "law".

  • However, there are 2 supreme court cases which hold that a promise of future marriage is not really a "misconception of fact", and the man is allowed to change his mind later.
  • So, technically, sex under promise of marriage is not really rape in India, but either through ignorance, or some other circumstances of the case, you could get a judgement against you.

You completely misunderstood my point. 😕😕 Nowhere in my post did it come up that rape doesn't happen after marriage. It's completely irrelevant. I was saying that in today's world, one does not have to be married to have sex. You acknowledge that, don't you? People have pre-marital sex all the time. So what I said is that sex that happens outside of marriage is not rape if it is consensual. So if an unmarried couple, both of whom consent happily, have sex, it cannot count as rape just because they are not married. Also, people need to understand that your partner doesn't have to marry you just because he/she had sex with you, whether it be man or woman. If you consent to pre-marital sex, that's your choice but your partner is under no obligation to marry you just because you had sex outside of marriage (even if they promise). People should consent only when they're ready for pre-marital relationships. Forced marriages are a very wrong and detestable crime. They have no chance of being successful and lead to worse forms of domestic abuse.
