They have not spoken to each other at all. He refuses to call her, he knows what he said made her uncomfortable, but he does not care. She has put a stop to thoughts and wonderment and continued to work.

Work! Yeah sure! He sits at the set irritated at her with the press. He can see her from a distance as he walks in, she is reveling in the Saree she has worn, apparently designed by the costume designer of the show. She is showing off her braided hair, he sits at a very far off distance, and smiling and chatting away to the press. Irritation enters every single part of his body.

She comes away after chatting with the press. Cameras, Lights and Sound are being set. She sits by the director, slightly adjacent to Hiim. The director explains the set up, now you are in love, buss the whole song I want that complete love. Choreography complete vahi dikhayega, I want some classical and bollywood combine, kar paogi right? She nods. When the director looks at Him, she looks too. He seems uninterested. The director says, come on, why don't you grab a smoke quickly and come. He stares at her, with a straight face, and mutters, love scene hai, rehne do sir, phir scene mai kami rahegi tho mujhe blame Kiya jayega. She looks away, shakes her head, slightly hurt. She gets up looks at the director main touch up karti hun and shuru kartei hai.

He watches her walk away without even looking at him. He is even more irritated. He turns and yells. Arrey aur kitna time yaar? The choreographer comes in, let's practice your steps in the meantime. Hmm, he nods.

She walks in, her face, hair and saree redone. And they begin rehearsing. He decides not to look her way, he wants to, but he just hangs and moves around. He can see at least 3 cameras at various distances pointed to them. Of course they don't bother her. But him, he is supremely irritated and forces himself to dance the steps. The choreographer explaining the steps, he going through the motions and she immersed. She dances around him, he wants to hold her, the choreographer says looking at her, Achaa yeh ek step hai. Aapko unke peeche jaane padega, stand there, yes like that, phir aap elbows fold karke on his shoulder, camera is on his face, and you are behind him completely, you bend your head, move it out on his left. And he brings you forward, aise, yes that's right.

They practice the steps leading to that. He smiles when necessary and does not if not needed. She looks at him all the time. And she moves into his back, places her elbows on his shoulders and whispers only to him, into his neck.

Gujarati style mei sari pehna hai, abb tho mat akdo!

And then he slowly grins, pulls her out and towards him, touches her and smiles, and he turns and spots a BTS camera. He steps away. The director yells cut.

Yaar you are in love, show it!

He steps again, smiles at her, she slides her hands into his, pulls herself to him, he pulls himself to her. He steps out, she is surprised, but does not show it.

He turns towards the director and says

Throw the BTS camera guys out and I will show you how much in Love I am!

I will have to write a disclaimer first...

I have been KNOWN to SEE things where none exist. I have been KNOWN to SEE things FIRST.😉

I dont know where your your fan fiction fits in the above disclaimer. I hope the latter not the former.

I dont feel ashamed at wanting to see two people that have the most glorious chemistry fall in love. There can be no greater reward in my opinion for the reader... its almost like a validation of our love... for the story being narrated... in this case yours.

Your story lacks a fancy title and a 10 page prologue and doesn't fall into the traps of over description... the words jump out and touches the right hemisphere of my brain...immediately helps me comprehend the visual imagery and make sense...

This whole series might afterall end up becoming the best tribute to a love story👏... the tribute going to the persons behind the character.

I will share what I "saw" ...

Saw the girl dancing... until she dropped of fatigue... energetic, enthusiastic, smiling... redoing her steps over and over again... sulked when her dupatta clung to her... waited when he turned away to finish a conversation, held on to his one hand when his other clutched a phone... she didnt care if he participated or was interested in her moves... she danced anyway... breathlessly whispering the lyrics like a child... or a woman in love...

I am reminded of the following song

I saw the guy being there... I saw the guy engrossed in every conversation possible... not paying any attention to her... if he could afford to😳... he smiled when he felt it was being recorded for the shoot, other times he did what he had to... was gentle yet firm in his grip😳

Its like they fit each other PERFECTLY like a jigsaw puzzle... they knew which part of the arm, wrist, hand to hold... every time she held, his fingers folded over hers... many times he was amused by some steps, kept his amusement in check... quickly abandoned her to go laugh it off...

She twirled, spun danced around him, even if he was preoccupied he WAS THERE for her... helped her with her practice... the lazy, amble... he buttoned his jacket, as she twirled, he clapped his hand as she rotated, swung his arms to get over the discomfort of being wooed like that, she spun... many times he openly smiled...she smiled back

And ONE time, she listened to instructions, he rehearsed his move and found her hand outstretched and placed his spontaneously on it... for a fleeting second... and withdrew...

Like they both realized its natural and extempore... but an unguarded moment...

Your ending to this part raises my hopes... we are ALL in this TOGETHER, the bunch of us that enjoy and fantasize about this imaginary couple... IF we get to celebrate or have our hearts broken only you the creator of this fantasy knows...

FOR NOW... your end line makes my heart soar like no other👏👏
