This is purely my interpretation.. I won't mind if you disagree...

Storm needs a reason... Wind blows fast... It destroys everything...

What's d reason?? IMBALANCE ( I prefer collective word... Won't get into details.. This is juz for d sake of gist of d post..😆)

A subtle hint...

Reason has struck already... Storm has knocked his door already...

The reason will not harm as such but the storm will..

Finally someone who actually shares my views about Mani ! I seriously thought I was the only one who didn't mind him entering the show, and what a lovely way to depict his character. U know when this character entered the show and one of my dearest friend was venting out, how she is disliking his character, I said to her, why are you disliking such an important character ? His introduction to the show was very essential, because without some guidance (In case of Ishita) and without a jolt (In case of Raman) they both would have continued to be just Ruhi's parents and friends, they wouldn't face that fear of loosing the other.

Your question is, who is the storm is all this, in my opinion, the STORM is Ishita and Raman themselves !! They have been both harboring feelings for each other for a long time, which has been building up within them, and were on the threshold on becoming a storm, but even a storm needs a destination, and because of their fears and insecurities, both were ready to let this storm build, instead of give a focus to this storm, a destination, which is where I feel Mani's importance comes in, because he is the outsider looking, in, where he can see all the emotions building up within both of them, but both of them are keeping a lid because they are afraid, the other person won't feel the same way. They are have been rejected in the past, they are scared of going through the same feeling again.

I like your analysis but I do not like what I see. I do not like them showing Raman as emotional fool who cannot takecare of his family or business problems. He is being shown as a pathetic jilted wife. I cannot see Mani stealing limelight from our beloved RKB. Raman should have been the one to takecare of these issues . Ishita's intentions are good and she is always and will be a beautiful and pure soul. But her going behind her husband back is wrong in so many levels and suddenly she became very insensitive to Raman's feelings ever since Mani is here. She does not know the boundaries of a marriage. Once you are in a marriage you are accountable for each every action that you do.Even she cannot tolerate if Raman goes behind her back with one of his lady friends and does all that harkathe that she is doing now.
I know Mani is here to create some stupid MU between the leads but still hard to see Raman as such weak person. I wish they make Raman confront them and make them tell the truth . I wish Raman warns Ishita to never resort to such things again without his knowledge and I wish Ishita realizes her mistake in handling this thing and apologizes to Raman.

This is the total realization track for Raman and Ishita. Hence the storm is they themselves. I feel.

Here Raman will realize that all women are not Shagun. We all know it. But your post made me understand that Raman has to realize one more thing...that all alpha male is not Ashok. That wounded part of him has to be heal after all.
