A much needed view point to waive off the storm in the show and in the forum. I have been watching the show since the begining and have been active on the forum since then.
Since the entry of mani mindsets have changed. I have read many posts citing ishita's unnecessary fondness for mani and her ignoring Raman. These posts seem to be just a superficial description of the situation which bugs and leaves just a silent spectator in the forum not wanting to interact.
No, ishita is not in love with Mani. Not at all. She shares a beautiful friendship with him. The story ends here. So how and why should she be accused of having some kind of feelings for him or the cvs for ruining her character.
Didn't raman hid such an important truth from ishita during the accident case inorder to save her from getting hurt. Ishita is doing the same. She is trying to solve a problem that can spoil ger husband's career. She doesn't want to weigh him down with extra stress so she is trying so resolve the issue in the best way she can.
Raman got aggressive with romi which made him defiant. Mrs bhalla supported romi. Ishita was left alone. This entire situation needed someone who would handle it with a calm strategic way. Mani did the needful v tactfuly.
Raman's reaction was genuine. He was furious at romi as he knows his past deeds, he wanted romi to learn a lesson of a lifetime so that he begins to respect woman and his family values as well. What romi did was is enough to make him enter the league of ashok n param. Raman's anger was justified.
So was ishita's tension on knowing about ashok's malicious intentions. She seeked help in her friend and he did his best.
This doesnt mean ishita loves mani or is ignoring raman.
Today raman believed the most untrue thing just bcoz he got trapped in his own failed past. He once again considered himself unworthy of love. I felt bad for him. His past has completely ruined his confidence in himself n in his relationship. This is the main culprit here -- neither raman nor ishita or mani. Raman's fear is the main culprit.
May be all this was needed so that he could know the real truth.
