I so want to see Bala behind Sarika's pregnancy. I know it's a bit stretch but the reactions from Iyers will be worth watching, specially Ishita's. How will Ishita react and deal with this matter would be pretty interesting to watch.

Ye akeli dentist hai kya poore delhi mei??! - Aur there r no life threatening condition related to teeth ..why did that patient overreact!
Then max someone will hv pain in for which even a pharmacist can give medicine

Kaisi doctor hai ishita yaar koi bhi daant ke chala jaata hai aur woh sun leti hai? Ishita dentist hai toh ye halat hai...I never switch off my phone it seems! Ghar walo ko itna pareshan kiya.. Gynecologist cardiologist ya pediatrician hoti toh kya hota who always hv to be on there toes!

Actually speaking dental is coolest branch among all doctors no night duties no energencies! But ishita most of the tym attend patients in night!

Then hospitals don't give someone's report to someone else.. I was shocked to see ashok having s bhalla report!
Yaar ye seriously hum doctors ko kahi ka nahi chodenge !

Yes sarika is equally responsible she is not at all bechari ...galti ek baar hoti hai.. Committing same mistake twice is unforgivable.. Raman warned her saying romi is a bad guy.. Gave her a better job but still?!

some times I think I am reading posts about a serial I dont know about😕The see-saw game of hot and cold feelings between the leads is making my head dizzy...

I think the Romi-Sarika-baby track is at its infancy (pun intended)... so I won't say much. Because I am not really sure if she is pregnant and if she is, is the baby Romi's. If it is established, that it is the case, then I will venture to answer your question from the last paragraph :)
