I was just thinking about this today, and realized that it would be such a great track!!!!
Mani has already pre-judged Raman and Ishita's relationship, and doesn't seem to approve of Raman. However, he hasn't really taken any time to get to know both of them as a couple. Even when he asked Ishita if she loved Raman, she avoided giving a direct answer. Raman and Ishita have this nok-jokh dynamic, but Mani has misinterpreted it as unhappiness for Ishita, and he thinks she's stuck in an awful, loveless marriage.
Of course, we as viewers know that both Raman and Ishita clearly have strong feeling for each other - which is LOVE! It is just taking the both of them some time to recognize this.
I would absolutely love it if ISHITA stood up to Mani, after hearing his views on Raman, and DEFENDED HER HUSBAND. I would love to see her get really very angry at her best friend, and extremely annoyed with him, for his comments towards her husband. How great of a scene would that be? I would love to see her passionately defend her husband - Raman Kumar Bhalla, and have her admit that he's perfect for her (and that she loves him?).
Even better, what if Raman witnesses this? What if he sees Ishita standing up for him against Mani? Not only would this prove that she cares for Raman, but Raman would also see that Ishita has clearly picked HIM over Mani.
I really hope that this is the direction that the serial takes. I would love to see this.
The current track is not very captivating, and we need some serious ISHRA moments 😃
