On a day when the city was under curfew and there were riots galore a man wandered the streets searching for his wife, unmindful of the consequences of what could happen to him.
His mind worried and totally focused on finding his woman, wanting to know if she was safe, when a policeman says he saw a red car being burnt.
Suspended in shock and disbelief he stood there - feeling helpless and scared. Scared of losing her.
He lost his senses, fought with the law just to meet her, see her, ensure she was safe and got his breath back only when he was informed she was safe and heading home.
He called her, lambasted her for taking the risk but what came out in the fury was the fear that resided deep within his heart - what would happen to him if she was harmed. A realization that he can't lose her. Can't live without her, live without a woman whom he had accepted in his life for his daughter.
A realization - that she meant more to him than the mother of his child.
A truth which his heart had accepted long before his mind did. But the fear of losing her was quickly suppressed as life turned normal.
While he was still struggling with the newly discovered truth, life gave him another jolt. His wife was accused of something unspeakable. He stood there not knowing how to react, saw his wife's eyes questioning him and pleading him to trust her.
He was losing her again as her mother took her away, protecting her daughter from the accusations - what he should be doing, what his wife wanted him to do.
He resolved to bring the truth out, but needed time. But the separation was taking a toll on him.
They are like 2 pieces of a puzzle, incomplete on their own but fit perfectly together, completing each other.
Twice he had faced the fear of losing her.
The first time it was momentary and the fear was subsided before it got completely registered
The second time, it was his trust on her, that subsided the fear as he knew he will find a way to bring her back.
But this time, seeing her faint in his arms is going to corner him and (hopefully) give him the strength to overcome this fear, to vent out his true feelings. Wording his insecurity, which only she can heal. The other part of his puzzled existence. Remove his fears and fill it with pure love
The maunvrat will finally break with the
Dahan of Rejection.
Dahan of Insecurity
Dahan of Jealousy
Dahan of Anger
Dahan of Ego
The Dahan of Ravan. With her Ram rising out, purely and wholly.
