very interesting point...👏👏👏. plz make a separate post for this if possible😳
Raman has never ever admitted to himself or ishita that he is over shagun😕
I wont be surprised if CVs show raman in dilemma when shagun returns... I Hope and pray it never happens
High time CVs show what raman feels...
Whether raman still loves shagun?... Till what they have shown till now in the show, they can proceed either way🤢

Thank u love ... i have done a post on saturday its called ... While you were sleeping .. the thread has some interesting discussions as well with varied POVs... do peep in if u wish

In yesterdays episode ..in both of Raman's outbursts before ashok & after ashok ..are the first time .. he has hinted over his state of feelings ..do give it a close watch ... & focus only on the dialogs

Loved

Raman's Outburst, so well deserved for Ishita. Looks like the writers trolled IF after she brought Shagun home
Loved Mihika's saree.
Nice touch there, Raman not enetering the bedroom
Loved how he asked Ishita to pick out his clothes. Symbolically telling her, I DONT even as much THINK of Shagun anymore.
The actor that plays Param is a power house. Smooth as butter filled with venom. Super classy.
KARAN PATEL IS OUTSTANDING DAY AFTER DAY. Seems like he NEVER has a bad day. How much more natural can he be?👏👏 Him and the woman that plays Mrs Bhalla, Vandita and Shravu have impressed me the most of the entire ensemble
Detested:
Raman made to face the humiliations and taunts from Ashok. Quite unnecessary. Ishita's gift to "mere pati" I guess😳
Raman threatening to kick her out of she continues with samaj seva. In front of her MOM. Clearly out of line Raman Bhalla!! Goes to prove, all said and done the hubby's house will never become the wife's?
Ishita seemed strangely unemotional detached and insenstive (rushed shoot?)
The apology was a joke.
Ishita doing seva for Shagun, SO PATHETIC
The way she told Raman "There are people in the living room, so please come inside and talk to Shagun" Like she is some Principal and he, Ruhi. She is bossy and callous. Dont care for it at all
AMMA, Cant seem to care for her character, no not for her nosy behavior, but for her absolutely pathetic attempt to speak in Tamil. Someone should tweet the lady and tell her to not attempt it. It comes out wrong, the words dont make sense, she has a funny drawl in every word, and she speaks like how "some" Northies mock Tamilians. If its considered to be a joke then its in real bad taste. If its shown as an attempt to display Ms Kulkarni's talent... well... its not a kindergarten talent show, so she can quit it
Boggled
How Ishita never learns her lessons, and is back at it again today

i enjoyed yesterday's episode-sure raman bursted on ishita but i think some of us r ignoring some facts:

1-he was not entering the room (he is a decent man with NO feelings for his ex wife)
2-he shouts at ishu saying: how can u bring ur husbands' ex wife here
3-when shogun demands lemon water-raman says this is not ashok's house, we r not ur servant
4-he gets angry at ishu, after ashok insults him. if someone insults it hurts, but if the insult is of no reason it irks one more.
5-raman felt that ishita was really sry n had teary eyes n he didn't shout anymore at her, becoz he knew she understood him.
6-raman said it took me 6 years to move on n now when i don't feel anything for her, ashok insults me becoz of u

NOW regarding POINT
1: i loved that scene, it was soo meaningful, shogun besides being a b**ch is a woman n no decent guy wants to enter a room of a strange lady. this is in my POV a big clue to us. he seriously considers ishita as his wife only, but shogun is just a woman.
2: idk why but this comment of his, made me happy. it was kind of: hell, madrasan i ve moved on in life, y do u let others come into our lives?we have our lives now...
3: raman is soo cool, on one side, he is taunting ishu to be ramdeen n asks her to serve her new friend, BUT did u notice that he didn't like shogun treating ishu as her servant n raman knows that stupid ishu is too good to say NO, so he defended her!
4: ashok's insult was more like a slap for raman, raman loves ishu but then he is blamed of 2-tracking which is not true, as he also mentioned he has moved on, but shogun an her bf think he still feels for her.
5: he tried to cheer up ishu, as he knew she is a good person. but i had the feeling that he was more upset with her, as she first of all preferred helping his ex wife than thinking about her happiness and 2nd he knows that ishu is a good heartened lady. he said it also that the during the bench scene, when ishu asked him to respect shogun: u amaze me, who aurar ek bhi mauka nahin chorti tumhe insult karne ki aur tim chati hoo ki main usko respect karu, whats wrong with u?
6: i have the feeling he is constantly trying to assure ishu, tat he has moved on n for the first time he said that OPENLY to her. but i think ishitas character is traumatised and tats y she never sees the love n care which raman gives her. besides stupid shogun told her the night before that raman loved her, so she is still insecured.

ON the whole, yesterday's episode was really meaningful. it said soo much. we all were speculating if raman still has feelings for shogun, n answer is NO. n i think it slowly slowly clicks into stupid ishitas mind, that he does not care for his ex anymore. especially after the court case she was not sure about that

Very well analysed

Vyas,
Ishita seems ADAMANT. Like she doesnt feel anything anymore, she appeared like a duty bound wooden creature yesterday.
I just couldnt feel the human in her.
You must be right... Ashok will kick her out and Ishita will make a grand exit. Ofcourse as viewers we are expected to have amnesia about the few things she has done to express her attraction.
BTW, I just realized this... the morning after he picks a grain of rice off her lip, he tells Rinki walking out to work "Grab an omeletter, leave the sandwich for her, there is only one person in our house that eats vegetarian"
It was a casual comment, but I live for such lines in shows. Raman was so totally adorable in saving her kind of food for her, and at that time they were married for barely a month...
Sigh! Those days are gone for good...

I think writers like to keep scores of mistake Raman ishita make

Right now ishita with her pervert and airhead stupidity is leading with 2 to Raman threat of throwing her out that is one and Raman will do something more

It is all to create mu and drama

They just want drama

If we were to give ishita some leeway

Raman has proposed twice and taking it back twice

And she has been dumped after 11 years so it is not easy to love

Yes actions do speak louder than words buy while doing good deeds he bids behinds taunts

So it might make her think he is doing all this for Ruhi

But like I said that it is said he has to remind her about her ownership of Ruhi

Like I said somewhere because of her fertility problem she has less self respect and self worth

If we are lucky writers might give us this track of Raman making her feel worthy directly

Yes though her inability to grasp Raman thoughts and beliefs is anjoying

What a fabulous point you bring up Vyas👏
I am floored. That would be a gold mine to explore. So true, I agree yes, she must have serious self esteem issues. The very reason she was dumped at the altar was because of her inability to conceive. Her 11 year love... gone... poof!
Now Raman is shown as trying his best to imply and say explicitly about what her place in his life means to him
They show her as dense and obtuse?!
Do you think writers think so deeply as you and I do? Or do they pen the screen play on their phones sitting in the VT ki 8:30 ki local?😆
Why, as viewers we are so highly invested in such shows?😕

NO matter what, I think CV's ruined ishita's character. Perhaps it is not permanent but CV's went wrong somewhere.

I know ishita has past baggage and insecurities but why would she automatically come to the conclusion that raman is hurt because he still in love with shagun? it couldn't possibly be because the same woman who destroyed his life is back in his house? Just because he had a strong reaction to her her presence, does not mean he still loves her. any Man who has been badly burnt by an ex will reaction like that yes, raman has not explicitly told her he is not in love
with shagun but isn't it obvious from the last few days that he is over her? or does he need to spell it out for ishita in order for her to understand? i do not expect to relate to characters while watching daily soaps, but I expect to understand them and easily see where they are coming from, however, I cannot understand ishita's logic at all.

also, even I noticed raman's very first dialogue when he lashed out at ishita, very interesting indeed.

But did he say that he was angry coz she has brought the woman who ruined his life back home .. or did he say ... IT HAS TAKEN ME 6 YEARS TO REMOVE HER FROM MY HOUSE & HEART ...

There is not a single person who will not condone the Writer or the character IShita for bringing Shagun to the BEDROOM & making her sleep on the bed

But thats not the end of the story right ... Count out how many times the word Love & Shagun has been raised between Raman & Ishita .. & how many times has he refuted the claim .. a whole lot of times the topic has come up .. & NOT EVEN ONCE HAS HE DENIED THAT I AM STILL IN LOVE WITH MY EX ...

Try seeing it from Ishita's pov ... yes her husband hates Shagun ... but at the drop of the hat he is there when she needs him ... every time she is in his vicinity he REACTS to her .. & its not just a reaction its a big reaction ... he has never refuted the fact that he still carries a torch for her ..

Visit the party scene before the bench scene ..between Raman & Shagun .. the ties that bond them are strong .. & he is verbal about that .. & Ishita is made to hear that ... after which she clarifies it with him .. but he does not say he is not in love with Shagun still ..while he immediately clarifies her on the ADI issue ...

Ishita is an INSECURE person ... she will need to be told POINT BLANK on her face that he does not love his EX WIFE ... this man has played fast & loose with her feelings .. he has told her i love u 2 times & then taken it back the next moment .. while NOT EVEN ONCE HAS HE REFUTED NOT LOVING HIS EX ...

How is it obvious from the past few days he is not over Shagun... lets look at this forum .. the moment Raman saved Shagun the entire forum was like . this means he will be back with her & ishita will be left out ... the whole ashok & Shagun problem has been interpreted as separation for Raman & Ishita & Shagun & raman reuniting ... at some point of time . the audience is also sitting on the fence about RAMAN's true feelings ... cause he has not articulated it CLEARLY EVEN ONCE ...
DOES HE OR DOES HE NOT ...

Since Raman & ishita are the main leads of the show we have made it out that they are in love with each other ..but documentation wise has it been shown to us .. & now whats shown to us .. is also shown to the character called Ishita

The big moment of picnic ... when she brought it out with him.. that he wanted to be alone with her ..how does he respond .. i wanted to give u some relaxed time .. so its ok if ur relaxed with the family then cool .. how does a person listening to drivel like this interpret this man is hot for me .. or madly in love with me .. or for that matter hates his ex wife ..

Now for the shower scene ... what did it show .. maybe desire .. the button popping scene what did it show .. maybe desire .. the nameplate scene showed aukaat had changed .. he had accepted her as his wife .. does that mean .. he was OVER HIS LOVE FOR HIS EX WIFE ... ??? question mark for all of us .. while all these gestures are sweet & hot .. how do they signify change in relation ... ( we as analysers tell u what the writer is portraying .. but Ishita the character has to be TOLD RIGHT)

But just a couple of days back one got to know Ishita's state of mind .. it was in the car park when raman tells her we will make new memories ... this he says after she points out his PAST & the deep bond he shares with Shagun ... NOTE ONCE again he says I WILL MAKE NEW MEMORIES .. but he does not say .. I HAVE REMOVED MEMORIES OF SHAGUN FROM MY HEART ... he does not ever refute anything to do with Shagun ...

Now as for the last dialog ... i had written in my saturdays post ... the confusion which Raman was in .. he was miffed about only one thing .. Shagun in his bed ... the bed he had shared just one day back with his wife ... & the reaction of that was she brought his PAST ON THE BED ...

Give it a moment & think what the writer is saying ... Ishita will need to be told point blank by Raman where he stands before any kind of intimacy is going to be dealt with ... Raman will need to PUT HIS PAST BEHIND .. before he steps forth with Ishita ... a past like holding back info ...

Wonderfully explained again, Ruby. I completely agree with you about ISHITA's understanding of Raman's feelings for Shagun, her insecurities.

While Ishita's characterization has been consistent by the writers, so has Raman's too. If Ishita is insecure, so is Raman..if she is damaged, so is he. The Raman of the past, Shagun's husband Raman, was a completely different person, softer, kinder. But the Raman today is a mere shadow of him..he has shut himself within a shell. He is no less insecure than Ishita. He is afraid to expose his heart to her, afraid of yet another rejection from the woman he loves.

Since you have so brilliantly explained Ishita's POV, I shall just try to put some light on the other side of the fence, RAMAN's, in a few words..

A few instances - When Raman asks Ishita in a hospital, after his blood test, "Have you fallen in love with me?". Notice how the camera pauses on his face, he is looking keenly at her reaction, and she immediately dismisses him off saying "kuch bhi...bol dete ho aap.."..What does he do then? He retorts to his safety shield - his jokes, taunts and one-liners.
Another instance, when he says to her outside the car, "What's with memories, we can make new ones, yours and mine...ours..", and looks at her face for a reaction..and once again Ishita asks him with a blank face "Humari?" without any emotion..once again, he retorts back to his taunts and jokes..
One more, when Ishita brought Shagun home and settled in Raman's bed, later when she comes to talk to him on the couch, he tells her "It took me six years to GET THAT WOMAN OUT of my house, my life"..and what does Ishita take from this, she focuses on the "SIX YEARS" and nothing else. In yesterday's episode, the conversation between them in the bedroom is cut short because he clearly understands that she missed the whole point, she got it all completely wrong..notice her dialogues, he realized that she STILL assumes he has been hopelessly in love with Shagun for the past six years, trying to forget the hurt she gave him..and once again his insecurities stop him from admitting anything else..

So its not her or him, its BOTH of them, who are insecure, who need to express their feelings for the other a little more, both of them need to help the other and work towards bridging this gap..and what the writers are showing us is the slow and beautiful process and journey of this, in this track..with each step, these two are inching towards each other, breaking each barrier that's between them..love the storytelling!

Ah! Once again got lengthy! Mancityfan, sorry for barging into your lovely, thought provoking post..appreciate the space to express here 😊
