Isma,
I have hated Raman Bhalla on MORE days than I have hated Ishita Bhalla. The reason I hate Raman Bhalla is because he is SO REAL, scary real😳😲
The reason I hate Ishita Bhalla is because she is ridiculously, unbelievably, bizarre-ly UNREAL(case in point bringing her rapist BIL home, and bringing hubby's ex-wife to THEIR bed🤢 and Oh! how could I forget, the crowning glory of it all acting like her HUBBY wanted to molest her two nites ago🤢)

That one sentence says it all about both for me.

Thank you for summing it up for me, as well! It's funny but I actually have more to say in regards to Ishita than I do Raman when she's the one I find to have little to no layers and characterization 😆

Isma
When you get a chance listen to KP's IndiaTVForum (I am hoping this company owns it) audio interview from UK.
He is extremely articulate and confident, the gal asked him "HOW do you do it"
He says "I never memorize them at home or spend hours in my van. I get to the set read it and emote it"
Thats pretty outstanding for a DESI TV ACTOR... without doubt

Decent episode.

Liked the first scene with Ishra in bedroom.

Ishita has clearly taken much more than she can chew. As Param played his trick she was left facing the aftermath. She has taken things lightly and this is the result. You shouldn't play with a manipulative rapist, that is beyond ridiculous. She is dejected but will CVs take a step further and show us Ishita realizing she was wrong this time? Well one can hope right 😛

Raman was frustrated at the situation and rightly so. What he said was the truth. Bhallas were not sold on the "bringing Param home" idea. It was Ishita who took that decision without consulting with any of them and then stood firmly/proudly saying that it was the best solution Simmi ke liye. Raman just reminded her that she should be more careful, since she was the one who originally brought the perv home then if something untoward was to happen she'll have to take the responsibility, bear with the consequences. She's the first person the family will take as accountable.

Didn't like Raman in his scene with Sarika. That Bhallas disapprove of Sarika being with Romi (for whatever reason, perso I don't get why) and telling her to maintain distance is OK (well actually it's Romi that he should speak with more than Sarika) but to ask her to go elsewhere (out of city?😲) and to quit her job is a big no no for me. Raman doesn't have that right. Find a better job he says, how does he even know if Sarika is in any position of doing so? Does she even wish to? Btw what is wrong with being a receptionist 😕

Ashok seems to care for Shagun more than he wants to admit. Even though he didn't say anything, he didn't seem to like his bro putting his photos up for alliance. It is quite interesting. Suraj has thrown out Shagun. Will Ashok finally tell his bro to not take the liberty of interfering so much in his life when he'll find out? I'd love to see that 😈

Suraj is a jerk, a true MCP considering his strong reaction to Shagun's outburst. She was more warning him than insulting him and really wasn't that virulent in her speech but as it was said by a woman, chota bhai couldn't take it 😆

Shagun with Ishita in tali mode - I got reminded of those instances when you are completely sober and there is an acquaintance/friend/family with you who is drunk. You try to help that person and do damage control but of course that person is not in his/her senses so makes it difficult for you, refuses to cooperate, keeps blabbering nonsense and gets affectionate with you, in short being plain irritating. As time pass and you keep trying, you feel drained of your energy and increasingly irritated.
Tonight as I watched the scene I got that feeling so I guess Anita was not so off the mark with her acting.

At end of epi Ishita finds herself listening to Shagun again saying that Raman loved her so much.
Ishita was uncomfortable. She didn't like it, and she should not. Which woman would like to hear how much her husband, the man she loves used to love and worship another woman? Thanks god Ishita was shown being affected!! Another explanation for her reaction could be that it once again brought up her insecurity - NOT about Raman still holding a torch for his ex. No! at this stage of Ishra relationship I don't think that it is believable BUT about herself, of whether she'll be enough as a woman for Raman, will she be able to have that same/more importance in his life as Shagun once did...

But woman where will those feelings be when you'll put your sauten in YOUR bedroom in YOUR bed?😡
My advice to Ishita: it's high time you starts claiming your husband as yours!!!

Precap - at least Ishita tried to drop Shagun at her place. Iyers home is not available either as Mrs Iyer is unwell so that explain the why Bhallas house BUT now I am waiting for the reason for her to not tell them beforehand... I hope it's not that conveniently her cell is out of battery Still that is no justification for disrespecting the sanctity of her marriage by putting ex wife in her bed!! Well let's see tomorrow...

there is absolutely NO justification for putting her husband's ex-wife in their bedroom, I won't buy any excuse. This incident has only proven that ishita does not even take this marriage seriously, which should not even come as a surprise as she has never made an attempt to work on it. Now i'm only hoping that ishita realizes the enormity of what she has done and stakes a claim on raman. I did not feel bad for once when shagun was reminiscing about how much raman loved her.

@pomegranate -
Yep, no justification at all...it's so in bad taste

Well I've never felt bad when Shagun did so before, last night was not an exception 😛

I guess we should be glad that at least Ishita was shown affected by it. Here hope that it'll prompt her to finally work to have real marriage in all sense *sigh*

Fully agree it's high time she claims her pati and her position as his wife

Pomegranate,

TOTALLY LOVED IT!
I absolutely concur!
She didnt give a rat's hiney about her marriage.
Even though the GUY said "Sirf Ruhi ke liye" he fell for her
She said the same but its not even about Ruhi anymore. For Ishita, its all about building clean public toilets, safer bus stops, picking up strays, reducing vehicular pollution, errmm reforming an errant rapist or two, placing husband's ex-wife strategically on husband's bed
I for one have not been particularly impressed with her physical attraction signs. Sorry!
In the shower scene she looked at him like she woke up one morning to find an earth quake having wrecked her house or something.
The blush was good by the mirror
His eyes ooze attraction, I "dont" see it in hers
And by the car, the guy says "Lets make our own memories" she goes in a totally flat voice "Our own?" like he asked her if she would like a second glass of water or something...
No warm and fuzzies there... sorry
If its by design or what
Dont know what the grand plan of the CVs is...
I suspect she will sacrifice her husband... for the sake of his ex-wife
So that Shagun can quit drinking... a new Alcoholics Anonymous prescription is what I see here,
If she was possessive about her marriage she would have kept Shagun miles away.
UNTIL Ishita makes vocal and physical attempts to claim the guy I will hold this opinion
And, no... running off to one conference or the other giving back to back bhashans in JKR mode does not symbolize physical attraction or lust or wanting.
Ive seen plenty of bhashans.. if thats the way to express love...it must be divine love😕
"I" dont get that since I didnt think I was watching a religious show... They are young, the guy has been celibate for 6 years, he has thrown her over a handful of hints... and she brings the rapist and his ex-wife home?
