Don't... apologize.. I troll all the time and stalk "posters".
THANK YOU...
Between the two of them I feel Raman is so much more convincing. You could tell from the initial days he felt something for her, as early as the rain scene.
Fictionally, he is a rare combination of a guy thats been cheated on, lied to, and abandoned, yet his soul is intact. There is a tremendous vulnerability to his character. He almost seemed to derive pleasure in inviting that random woman to his room, without her hubby's knowledge. He is honest, prone to temper tantrums and very humane
He has a lot of flaws, yet his character reached out and touched my heart. Wears his heart on his sleeve, be it love for Shagun, or Adi or now Ishita. A fiery torch..
She has LESS FLAWS, but didnt make any significant impact on me.
She is idealistic, principled. She always "wants to do the right thing".
She is less spontaneous and more calculated...
I will make yet another admission, IF the actor essaying the role of Ishita was not as attractive as DT, and didnt have such scorching chemistry with KP😳, I wouldnt have fallen in love with the show.
The clinic bandage scene, the day of shopping and the eye locks during the day, simple interactions before and after the wedding literally took my breath away.
We all know people that are like Raman and/or Ishita
There is something startlingly attractive about Raman Bhalla. Ekta has created a memorable character yet again.👏
KP is fully deserving in getting to essay that role, with such conviction and oustanding emoting skills.👏
I watched/heard his interviews... he doesn't sound ANY different between on and off screen. Whether his interaction with his on screen Mom, wife, brother or Bala or Vandu. (I watched how he always treated Bala, Vandu and Appa with respect😳, his tone with Amma is of such politeness... its like he is ACTUALLY that woman's son in law)
He makes Raman Bhalla seem like so many Punjabi guys I know in Delhi. The most surprising thing is he is NOT EVEN from Delhi.
That's a fantastic achievement despite being a "Desi Soap Actor".
Long after this show is over I will reminisce and smile about how REAL Raman Bhalla was...
Thats the problem with Desi soaps, the way the craft the women's role, they end up becoming bizarre caricatures... nobody in real life probably knows of Ishita AS SHE EXISTS TODAY, SADLY...😭
