I kinda liked this analysis of all and one of my guesses had been in the same lines. Here re couple of my analysis :
1. That Shagun will try to convince Ishita that she's changed for good and Ishita being the mahaan feels that Raman still has feeling for Shagun , he loves ADI to the core and tries to reunite his family. However, Raman on the other side who is already feeling his love for Ishita will be frustrated to the core that Ishita is trying to make up between him and shagun instead of realizing the fact that he actaully loves Ishita and not shagun. Being the Raavan Kumar he is he would never directly say his love for Ishita but keeps venting out in his anger everytime Ishita tries to bring Shagun near him. After all the drama and weeks of stretching , one fine day he will burst out and express his love for her.
2. Other thing that can happen is that Raman will be totally surprised that ishita is trying to bring him closer to his ex and she going aside. raman who is frustrated to the core that she doesn't realize his feelings or rather thinking that does she ever had any feelings for him, try to find out what;s going . Hence he decides to act as if he is getting closer to Shagun and observe Ishita's recations/feelings and then you know the typical drama, anger, frustration , love, my rights on you, tum meri ho..all that.
3. The other case could be, after Shagun is kicked out by Ashok, the only place she comes in will be raman's house under the name of Adi. Ishita the kind woman she is allows Shagun to stay in the Bhalla house . Shagun as her fitrak mauke ka faida utake keeps geeting closer to raman and shooing her away. Then some misunderstandings between Raman&ishita and drama.
Or, Raman who realizes what shagun is trying to do, will shoo her away and give importance to Ishita.
Or raman after finding out what shagun is upto decides to play her game and also inturn enjoys jalaofying Ishita which ultimately brings them closer. ~ I would personally like this to happen given the storyline and the characters. Also considering the fact the CVs claimed this story is going to treated differently unlike other dramatic ones.
