Ok Bhanu let me in on a little something, I generally demand 'disclaimers' from Aani and Lucky when it comes to their writing, and I must now make a mental note to myself to NOT read any of your work whilst I'm on my commute too..

I am actually at a lost of words with this OS, it was so vivid but at the same that 'haziness' which we normally associate with a dream was also there for me. Vivid in that what he dreamed was so real, almost his 'truth' but the haziness results from the waking from such a dream to reconcile it with his reality.

I'm actually really glad that you kept the 'vagueness' of the identity of the woman he sees in his dreams, and in keeping with that I'm also going to not comment on who I believed that woman to be- only because there is such beauty in the unknown and such hope too and I truly believe we live in an ever moving spectrum of feelings.

This was just so wonderful, amazingly so.

LOL ... 😆😆 ... I do that to Aani and Lucky's post too and of course Paru ... due to her hilarious posts ...

Dreams are always hazy yet vivid sometimes. They are a beautiful way to depict our inner desires, turmoils, emotions at the same time.

Thank you for understanding my POV. I agree the beauty of the unknown is actually what keeps us sane ... yet brings insane thoughts at the same time.

Thank you Dear. I am glad you liked the update. As I said, I have left the choice to the readers for them to imagine who did Raman see in his dreams ...

For my point of view, it could be either of them, even a mixture of both the women in his life ... so its best left to the imagination of each and every individual 😊.

I honestly want to see something like this in the show. Just like Toshiji said it the other day, the day Raman says this out loud will be the day when we know he is absolutely irrevocably in love coz not only he cannot imagine his future without Ishita, he would like to change his past just to have her love in it.

Yup, sometimes all of of us wish to make amends to our past ... yet all we can do is yearn for it ...
They are at a level of peace in their relationship where both of them are in happy space ...

Thank you dear 😊. Glad you liked it. I had never written a dream sequence before and I wanted to give it a poetic angle .. so I was seriously not sure how it came out ... Glad you liked it.

The appreciation for this one means a lot to me as I had put special efforts to write this piece and it is the closest to my heart amongst all my works till date.

Its so aptly titled Yearning ... & if i loved ur OS .. i love ur explanation above even more ...

This was a glimpse into the heart of "happy" .. his yearn for a JOINED family ... his family values of till death do us part ... his yearn for a partner ... its a very poignant piece of work ... (((HUGS)))

I loved that u did not put a name to the wife ... he loved 2 women ... its only fair he wished FOREVER at the time in being in a that relation with both ... its our interpretation of who he is thinking with & about ... even the timing for this dream is perfect ... Its just after Raman's realisation of the importance of "FAMILY" ...

The promise at the end is a fitting end to this dream ... in a dream he wished for FOREVER & when he woke up ... he was PROMISED FOREVER ...

U have nailed the character of Happy Kumar Bhalla so brilliantly thru ur post .. its just bang on ... the man who he was before Life took a toll on him ... before the ugliness of life engulfed him ... an uncomplicated man with simple dreams ...

You already know that you have a fangirl in me .. so a review from you always means a lot to me ...

You absolutely nailed whatever I had imagined ... honestly, I had never written a dream sequence so I was literally nervous while posting it ... while it made perfect sense to me .. a part of me was scared that it may be gibberish altogether.

As you have mentioned correctly, he has been in love twice ... that his first love ditched him is an altogether different matter, the fact is .. he loved Shagun with all his heart at one point of time and even though he hates her for what she did with him, a part of him can yearn that everything got ok .. or how I wish this never happened and they stayed happily forever ... After all, as a couple, they were bound to have some good times together, some moments to cherish ... its impossible not to yearn for them.

On the other hand, he has got all this from his second marriage, so he could have imagined the same with his second wife where he could have wished that she came earlier in his life and his past was changed with her in it ... and they stayed together happily. Forever.

In yet another version, he could have imagined both of them with a part of happy times with Shagun and the rest with Ishita ... the faces could have changed with time ... after all both of them are an important and equal part of life and it is possible to fall in love more than once ... rather be in love with more than one person at once ... you do not need to be physically in the same place to be in love ... he loved the Shagun he married and had two kids with ... before everything fell apart ... and yet he could think the same for Ishita in his later life because she took over from where Shagun left ...

Does that make any sense to you ... Its ok if it does not ... 😆😆😆

Believe me I wrote the entire sequence in less than an hour but the ending lines took all from me ,,, I had a big internal Mahabharat regarding whom did he see in the collage and I could not point a finger at one person howsoever I tried ..

So, I settled for a hazy ending and left it for the viewers to imagine and decide for the best ...

LOL . as usual, your posts make me do my bit of rambling ...
