Ishita continued rambling on, not realising how her words were hurting Raman, but after all. It was Raman's fauilt. He never expressed his passion for her. Love truely is blind, but no more.
Ishita looked in to his concerned eyes and couldn't hide her feelings. It was her husband, she could rant all day and all night knowing she was ranting to someone who was listening and would make a change. Was it, someone who... Loved her?
"After Subbu, I don't feel anyone has loved me, so what now. At least with the clinic, I didn't feel as alone, as unloved."
For Raman this was the limit, he had enough.
"Ishita, app janti ho, everyone loves you. Appa, Amma, mere Amma, Appa" Raman calmly explained to her but Ishita still had one gap in her heart.
"Lekin, app?" said Ishita in a weak voice.
"Haan! Pela mein! I love you Ishita." He smiled as he finnaly released the words from the gaping hole of his mouth and his eyes pleaded for her to repeat his words. "Mein tumse pyaar kurte ho. I just feel that as people we were made for each other."
Ishita looked shocked and checked around for Ruhi, but no! He was serious.
"Suche! Well Mr Bhalla. I have to tell you, I don't know if it is mutual or not, I mean, I, I ... don't..."
Raman's mouth opened and he dropped to his knees. He looked in to her eyes in pain and a tear ran from his eye and dripped down from his cheeks on to his shirt. Each tear for Ishita was a waterfall but she couldn't say the same back. Not with clarity and moreover a reason to love him.
Raman looked to the wall and tears ran rapidly down his face showing his pain. Ishita was lost she couldn't face him, she walked out the room and went in to the main room where the family were sat, curious and confused! But all of the Bhalla's had a heart and didn't question her as they could see her pain, in her movement. She wasn't walking with pride, she was stumbling with every step in a blank facial expression. Everyone sat quiet and it created a very awkward atmosphere but to burst with happiness and boast in front of her right now wouldn't have been suitable right now.
Raman sat back up and held his head up. "Thika Ishita. App ko murze. I can't force you to love me, but one thing, I can try and make you love me. But remember no matter what, I love you Ishita Raman Bhalla. Please give me a space in your big heart, please. Raman stood up and wiped the tears from his cheek, overpowering them and throwing him to the ground. Ishita entered the room to store a towel, still depressed and he held her hand tight. Her touch always made him stronger and their eyes met. Their eyes didn't part quickly, it took Ruhi's call to break them! Ishita heard Ruhi's call and signaled to the door hopelessly, she walked out of the room and he smiled remembering the fact, she came back in to the room. He laughed to himself and sat down to continue his work.
