What irritating to me is that raman does all this dance and drama before doing the right thing. Remember mihir and mihika issue, he was prepared to go through an engagement just to get mihir to speak up. A normal person would have sat mihir down and had a good conversation.but no he had to go through the procrss of involving the whole world in the drama and then concluding with i-did-all-this-to-make-him-accept-his-love-for-mihika.
And now this endless majboori drama involving the whole world and their uncle and making a mockery of law when the whole issue could have been resolved with a conversation within the family. And looks like he will do the right thing on monday ... Well ...I know ... I know... Its a soap and this is what makes it a soap, but there is enough material in the story for conflicts and drama to come naturally, they dont have to make raman be a jerk and ceo who is missing material in the cranial cavity to make it interesting.Phew.. That feels better..

I disagree. I think this track has rather highlighted the characters even more. Every character on this show is layered and human, very real to life. Raman always promised to be nothing but complex. Just because he managed to overpower his weak side and make the right decisions earlier does not mean his flaws cease to exist. He is a man who talks and expresses very less, when Ishita was crying and screaming yesterday he was guilty, he wanted her to know she's wrong, he doesn't care for Shagun. His expressions were clear enough to show that he realizes the mess he's made out of the situation in order to save Adi. It hit him that she believes he loves Shagun and her words hurt him so much that he flared saying he'd save 'Shagun' if that's what she thinks. (I AM NOT saying he's right) but I do not think that the character is being ruined, because this is what Raman really is. He makes blunders, which sometimes aren't even redeemable but then he does something as hard hitting after his realization that raises him a level above as a human. That is how a person really grows. You can't never make mistakes, not just because you're the main lead of the show 😆

Raman needs to be relatable not a character we find unpredicable. the cvs need to decide on how to portray him the hero or a person with his son as a weekness.
i agree with the above posts raman whole drama with mihir and mihika was way more dramatic then it needed to be . and now similiar thing adi is going to be draggrd into court and detention center for dramatic purposes only.
i dont know if raman ever heard of talking , come on at least they could have shown him talking to adi and promising that he will help him but by using the law maybr hire Mrs kaul and fire Neil ( hehe). and not using underhand methoda then taking him to the court. instead of that he Ians going tp file a complaint .
Do we love such people in real life who give us mixed signals ?? I don't think so. Such people generally need a psychiatrist and are considered to be emotionally unstable. It is not considered healthy if you are constantly riding so high on emotions and not trusting people who according to you took care of your whole house. I'm sorry but this has nothing to do with Raman being the main lead of the show. I don't know how you assumed that I expect him to be perfect just because he is the main lead. The point here is consistency in character is important to some extent in every drama. They can't make Raman say "sorry" one day and then hurt Ishita even more badly the next day. Also, saying that Ishita blaming him of loving Shagun made him mad enough to say he STILL has the strength to save her is not really a valid excuse. He has to remember that Ishita does not know who he is actually supporting so its natural for her to say whatever she did. Instead of clearing her misunderstanding OR simply walking out, he hurt her more. That's just not done. He could've yelled shutup and walked out. I blame the writers for adding those extra dialogues about "don't give me the pic and I can still save her ". It made a CEO and father of 2 children look very stubborn and immature, in my opinion.

Sorry if you felt I was pointing to you when I mentioned the main lead aspect, that was just a general comment 😊 Also I am not saying Raman is right, nor are these excuses. I am merely pointing out that the character is not being ruined because his character is supposed to be that way, complex, short tempered, stupid and confused at once.. then smart, understanding and sensitive the other. So considering the basic outline of his character nothing that he does now seems like a ruining of his character by the writers.I will never stand up for what he does wrong, and the way he's hurt everyone by lying is wrong. But that's not been left unexplained, there is a reason to it, sometimes justified sometimes absolutely not.And I said it finally hit him what his lies has lead to when Ishita said what she did, that he had that outburst, because otherwise it felt like the truth was on the tip of his tongue to blurt, but because he couldn't say that he said otherwise. My argument is not to protect Raman, I am just saying that all the characters are reacting in their characteristic way, if they did something not expected from them THAT in my opinion would be ruining of their own characters by the writer.I apologize if I offended you in anyway.
Awww!! No. you didn't offend me at all. I was just clarifying that I am not one of those people who likes goody good main leads. I like them to be human. I am also sorry if I offended you!!I just think that his " I STILL have the strength to save her" was totallly misplaced and not needed. I would have no issues with the rest of the outburst had he not blamed her again despite her pleading that shes not a thief. If he just walked out after saying "shutup , I don't wanna listen to your lectures", it would be more in character. He's not one to blame Ishita's character and keep hurting her using Shagun's name. Even at the party, when Ishita hinted at how she still affects him because he loves her, he simply said " Are you crazy ? and said a few more things in anger which was so Raman Kumar Bhalla. Then he took her out for tea 😆 But what he did yesterday was totally different.I think what you're trying to say is that since they have always showed Raman like that, they're not changing his character sketch for the worse . I understand your view, but his traits are a bit hard to digest for some people since they have reached extremes during this track which is because of some bad writing in my opinion. Hopefully, all people with different opinions will get to see a Raman they can all praise and love again. 😊
I'm rewatching the memory loss track episodes again for the nth time. I didn't watch yhm whilst it was on TV, so not sure how much appreciation...
