This is a dead lock situation, so ultimately Ishita would take the case back to end this nonsense - but I'm wondering at which point she would do so! Coz if it is proved in front of the court that Shagun/Adi is guilty, Ishita cant say, "Please dont punish them, I will take the case back!". Thats against the law! So if this shit has to end, it has to end before either of them is proved criminal!

Lovely post a usual! I hope Pathak is secretly on Ishita's side because I mean she did talk to Tandon to let Trisha marry him! But I don't think it'll be proven outside of the court, I really want Shagun to blurt it out, and Adi to hear it. Then technically Raman is not responsible for it, it was Shagun. Usually when new evidence of such a shocking nature comes out in the open, they will take another day to come to a verdict. So in the interim Ishita will most likely withdraw the case. My only question is where do Ruhi's tactics fit into this. As per the dance pics, Ishita still seems hurt and Raman guilty. Ugh I can't take this track any longer!!!

actually Pathak might be knowing the truth. He has the CCTV footage, may be accidentally he stumbled on to the footage where Aadi is seen driving ? Anything is possible in Maiyya's world.
