there is possibility of pathak changing only in one situation that he dont know the truth that adi has done accident...agar use pata hoga abt adi being culprit..he will never help ishita...

Well, all of a sudden, out of the blue, Mihika appears in Neil's house to return Trisha's dresses (what a bahana!) only to hear Pathak's promises to Raman to save Shagun! Nope, it is not a filler scene. This was a point of "mind change" of Neil! Neil, who is still blindfolded by his love for Trisha and lives in some distant Pandora, had to be punched on the face to support the truth and save Raman - not to support SBS (Saazish Bhari Shagun!) or SBB (Shit Bound Bitch!) 😃! So Mihika has done that for us!👏

So, in my thoughts, it is PATHAK who has changed the pictures that Raman claims to have uploaded himself! 👍🏼 No one else can do it, not Mihika/Mihir/Romi/Ruhi, in my humble opinion!
