Until now, there weren't any similarities between the book and the show other than the character names, but after watching today's precap of Adi reminding Ruhi of her real birth mother, this instance keeps repeating in the book quite often! I just hope our dear Ruhi in the show isn't influenced much. Today, after watching Ruhi, I thought of how well Ishita has shaped the little kid, and how grateful Raman must be to Ishita that he is receiving so much love from his daughter!
P.S. Is it Just me, or does Raman not think of Ruhi as much as he thinks of Adi! I get it first kid and all, but I've never seen him so patient with Ruhi as he is with Adi! Willing to go any lengths for his love of his son, but in Ruhi custody case it seemed like he wanted Ruhi just to defeat Shagun! No offence to the character, just my opinion!
