In my opinion, Raman didn't even question Shagun abilities to tie a belt because he knows that she is quite the dumbo. And he didn't even want to lose time explaining her how the seat belt work, nor did he wante to waste his saliva bantering with her (and he wouldn't have enjoyed it like he would with ishita). He was in a hurry and decided to just do it himself.

And the "shagun YAAR", i cracked up when i heard it! He doesn't even see her as a woman 🤣 she's like the burden he carries around !

He he ...she is not a woman, not a mother, not a husband, but for Raman 'yeh dosti hum nahi todenge'😆!!

Hmm...but, he forgot to obey according to the promise he made to Ishita. Hota hain..he is so busy in all these...Shagun-Adi, office, family. Bechara, usse Shagun related baate yaad hain, but Ishita related things he forgets🤣.

Raman's logic would be that he is tolerating her stupidity for the sake of his son . He seems to have lot of brain nevertheless turns weak when the issue is related with his son. Currently it seems Shagun has overpowered him by utilising father son relationship. But she won't succeed in her malicious act. Soon her true colours will be out.
