Actually permeet isn't proven guilty and yes if you bail someone they can roam around, happen in real life I don't see what's the problem in showing it anyways. it's like that in every country, your wrong on that front and they have gotten their facts straight on this area. until they a proven guilt by the court of law. it's a drama obviously they have to show drama what else would they show aside from happy nice moments, there has to be a balance, and if they don't focus on ishra relationship then they will be even more complaints on why they are not of using on them, lose-lose situation. It's sad Shagun involved him but honestly it's not like it doesn't happen in real life and I don't see what the problem is in showing it. It's a negative track for a reason, tbh I do like negative tracks and how it effects the main lead,a also cause it's suspenseful and I love to hate the negative characters. Yes there a billion and one villains, but they are used accordingly in a roasted shift not all at once. Also agree to disagree on to he ishra front, their relationship has been progressing wonderfully and they aren't some teenagers who a fe gonna be all weird about closeness, though the closeness they are having are slowly making them realize and start feeling things gradually. So for me no they haven't lost depth, cause of the first time theirs a love story that's well developed and we see every stage and doesn't happen as super speed through hot close scenes.

Well its depend of what shagun say against him but i agree in western countries the one who force somone to take his own life is punished but offcourse here its not the case because raman is innocent

Also I don't know how I feel about punishing people who try to commit Suicide be putin jail/imprisoned only because they must be going through something pretty bad, mentally unstable or something must have happened, they need help and support not be jailed cause that will just make them more unstable. Also thanks for the info on the law on India in this area.

Its done to discourage ppl from committing suicide..Right to die is not a fundamental right under our Constitution..And attempt to suicide is made a punishable offence..Suicide is an offence too but of course there is no one left to punish, so no punishment is prescribed 😆 But yeah, in general, they are normally let off with a warning..

Actually like someone mentioned, abetting someone to commit suicide is a crime too..It can either constitute instigation or active participation in the act..There is a reason why ppl threaten to die by writing a letter holding someone responsible for the same😆 Raman is obviously not at fault here but if Shagun gives a statement to the Police stating that Raman was instrumental in pushing her to commit suicide, it'l obviously lead to complications for Raman till the reality and actual circumstances are proved..Thats what Shagun was aiming at i guess..She clearly needs a shrink😆
