Next week spoilers are BS.
First of all Raman can be in NO way held responsible for Shagun's suicide attempt.
Suicide means taking one's own life - if someone else took your life that is MURDER! No one can be jailed for someone else's suicide or suicide attempt!..
In India suicide is punishable by law...To quote from Wikipedia
In India, attempted suicide is an offense punishable under Section 309 of the Indian Penal Code. Section 309 reads thus: Attempt to commit suicide. "Whoever attempts to commit suicide and does any act towards the commission of such offence, shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine, or with both."
Given the above it should be Shagun who lands in jail and NOT Raman for her stupid game plan. I hope CVs know their law and so does Raman and he turns the tables around Shagun and gets her imprisoned for a year for attempted suicide.
That would be some good riddance to bad rubbish.
Also, won't Parmeet have a court hearing? Anyone can bail out a rapist in India and have him roam the streets scot-free??
Come on, I know this is a drama and all but at least get real with facts.
Instead of focusing on improving IshRa relation and getting them closer - what nonsense they are showcasing ... really and involving that kid Adi in his mom's suicidal game? ..nonsense sh*t
IshRa moments are losing their depth because they keep returning to their original selves after a brief closeness and also because of the umpteen villians Ekta has spun around ..

Well shagun was hoping that she would get Raman in jail for being responsible for her misery that led to a suicidal attempt ..which is complete BS...
and if the police don't take her into custody for attempted suicide that's a complete incorrect portrayal of indian law ..Also, arresting her will send a message to all the cowards who decide to end their life ...

creatives are right
if shagun dies of suicide then raman will go to jail.
Section 306 in The Indian Penal Code
306 also includes- Abetment of suicide."If any person commits suicide, whoever abets the commission of such suicide, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.
attempt to suicide, punishment is 1yr.
Abetment of suicide, punishment is 10yrs.

I beg to differ dear..what you have quoted is correct but the word "abetment" means helping someone actually commit the suicide ...for example injecting someone with lethal dose of something or making a noose or whatever ...
abetement surely doesn't mean that you get angry and scream at person and that makes that person go commit suicide! ..
if that were the case, then the exam board would be in jail for all the kids who commit suicide after failing in exams ...there are many who commit suicide when they break up with a lover ..that doesn't mean that lover is penalized
abetment is a very strong term ..which means that some constantly encouraged the person committing suicide and also helped them do it ..
so by screaming at Shagun he is no way responsible for a suicidal attempt! .

agree Raman did NOT help her commit suicide. If that was the case anyone who got triggered by what someone said whould be a criminal. Raman didn't even know she did it.

no
u r wrong
abetment of suicide is what exactly u said was not abetment
Abetment is a separate and distinct
offence provided the thing abetted is an offence. Abetment does not involve the actual commission of the crime abetted; it is a crime apart.

The ingredients of
abetment are set out in Section 107 of IPC which reads as
under: "707. Abetment of a thing - A person abets the doing
of a thing, who-First- Instigate any person to do that thing;
or Secondly.- Engages with one or more other person or
persons in any conspiracy for the doing of that thing, if an
act or illegal omission takes place in pursuance of that
conspiracy, and in order to the doing of that thing; or
Thirdly.- Intentionally aids.
so raman falls in the first category, he has provoked and instigated shagun.
he can be jailed for shaguns suicidal death

Thank you for clearing the law end of suicide. I was like, why should Raman go to jail when Shagun tried to commit suicide.
So sad using a child in these games of hers.
