Thank you Arsh 😊 truthfully this is all inspired by the RKB in the show - he wouldn't have acted as promptly as he did had he not understood her plight and been pained by the same - underneath this mask is the same Raman, who once was a very sweet emotional man he just has learned to hide him with this exterior. 😳

Ishita is a lovable person but it Raman who effects me the most. Because, this guy is defined by his relations. I know him and love him because of Ruhi. Because of Ishita. Because of the Bhallas and the Iyers. Because of Aditya. Because of Ashok and Shagun. They are the only way to the heart and mind of this otherwise silent mystery.
Even I was thinking about "Dara Singh ki poti" when I came to know Raman is going to ask Ishita to slap Param. I really hope that the slap Raman received is actually milder than the one she is to bestow upon Param.😆

I LOVE this comment of yours, I truly do 😛 its like you are speaking my mind gal - Ishita is a very loving person, true in her own way she is a closed off book there are pages stuck there which I believe will be slowly and steadily opened and revealed over time (I hope they are!)

But RKB is a series of volumes - he is one subject matter that is not bound or contained together by pages bound together all at once - to know him you have to go through all thats on him and more and yet you cannot find that you know it all - he is like the Black hole - you can claim to know all there is to it, but you cant know it all, you dont.

Its what makes him interesting and my muse - he is a father, a son, a brother, a scorned man, a betrayed lover, a humiliated husband (of Shagun's), he is impulsive, he is reckless, he is cold and he is calculated.

he is someone who I can relate to and yet find myself amazed by 😳 So yep he is my Muse for all the reasons above an more 😆

I wrote a lot again didn't I? ☺️ 😆😆

And I believe the slap is harder, a LOT harder 😎

There are several important points you have addressed in your Os

1) This is my first point since I think it is also most relevant in life. What happened to Ishita was wrong, no woman and I mean no woman not even bad women deserve any of it. We have seen how much stress and burden Ishu felt when she broke down in front of her older sister. However, coming back to your Os, you have shown that not only Ishu but also Raman, her husband, was affected by this incident. He felt a failure for not being there at that particular day when his wife was molested in their own room. His fury with his family members. His crazy, possessive protection toward his wife.

2) Additionally, his desperation to have his wife back at home with him for sake of his and her sanity was adorable. We have already seen how he forgotten to wear his pants when Ishu was only away for one night yet he and she felt incomplete. I really do adore Ishra's relationship since they may agrued about many things but their expressive eyes and subtle gestures demonstrated their deep unknowable love for each other. Ishra are truly a unique and flawless couple, which is shown in the series as well in your fanfics.

3) The best thing and also important is that both Raman and Ishita are in their character mode! Nothing out of place.

@ bold - credit for that goes to KP and RKB totally - I noticed in the silent interactions he had with Ishita particularly the paper scene the other day, it was interesting to see him looking ashamed, not meeting her eyes and almost squirming under her gaze - to me that was his GUILT. One that he felt as a man who married this woman solely for the sake of his daughter and he couldn't provide her the basic safety his home ought to have ensured her - rather it is a man from his family who nearly violated her and he couldn't even protect her honor when he was present during the confrontation - that I think was what hit home for me 😳 Ishita might not want much from him - but she deserved that safety and asked for his trust in her - the only thing she ever did and was disappointed on both accounts So that came across here 😳

@ red - yep he had to do this for his sanity as much as hers - if you see the scene where his mom is calling her names - RKB literally is seething with anger even at his mom, he couldn't bear to hear those things being said about her, this woman who is the mother of his child. While there is no love there, in the subtle gestures is an acknowledgement that they are now in each other' lives for good. Ishita has not yet managed to make him fall in love with her - she has though managed to do something even greater- she has given him a sense of belonging - of finally having a family once again. In his FBs he recalls her words Ruhi has made the three of them a family - and while he has his parents and siblings - always had and will - this is different. He felt he was obligated to someone as was someone to him. That is a greater feeling - to know you belong, have a home to come back too. 😳

Thanks once again for feeling they are true to their characters 😃

Thank you... yep RKB is a man who can make anyone feel as if they are on a roller-coaster ride should the person try to catch a sneak peek into the workings of his convoluted mind and thats what makes him amazing 😎

And he so totally is a possessive man - I am noticing him address Ishita as Meri Biwi more and more often these days - Mumbai with that random friend, with Sarika, the policemen. The man is falling HARD and he doesn't even realize it. I wish we get a monologue of his someday where he says Meri Ishita *sigh* that would be a moment to die for - and watch on loop with the replay button 😆
