That's a real possibility you've raised there. I was thinking along similar lines. Sarika's credibility has severely been compromised and although her version of the story is correct, I wouldn't be surprised if Toshi and Simmi refuse to believe it. And I like how you mentioned previous incident's of Raman standing behind Shagun who did cheat and lie. I hadn't even thought about the possibility that his family could use that against him again. That would definitely go against Raman as well.

As others pointed out, the breakneck speed with what the show has been proceeding on really poses questions. And I'm almost certain that Simmi will refuse to believe Raman, quite possibly Toshi as well. I'm curious as to what Mr. Bhalla and Romi and Rinky's stance on this situation is. Mr. Bhalla wasn't happy when Ishita was leaving the house. And Romi did stop Simmi from physically harming Ishita. I have no idea why Rinky hasn't been shown yet. She witnessed an incident of Parmeet behaving suspiciously with Ishita. The CVs must have some sort of plan for her in this conflict because if she doesn't, then it makes that previous scene useless.

And as for leaving the house, I don't think Raman would leave the house. If anyone would leave, I think it would be Parmeet. He already wants to leave because he knows his game is up. With even Raman against him, I can't see Simmi wanting to stay either. I think they will leave. I do worry about Ishita in this situation tho. There's absolutely no way Toshi would be nice to Ishita after this fiasco. I'm scared she will treat Ishita much worse and basically make life hell for her, which Ishita totally does not deserve.

I also agree with other posters about Parmeet basically arranging his own downfall. That comment on Bala and Ishita's relationship was completely out of line. I'm sure almost everyone knows that Bala and Ishita share a brother-sister relationship and nothing else. The spoiler states that after Parmeet makes that statement (regarding their relationship), Ishita slaps him really hard. Not even Simmi stops her, which makes me believe that everyone, even Simmi, knows how wrong Parmeet is, thus pointing to a red flag for him. And apparently he goes and joins hands with Ashok. Even that is such a huge betrayal.

Which leads me to Simmi. I think she'll definitely walk out with Parmeet, but I'm not sure if she'll actually join hands or even approve of Parmeet joining hands with Ashok. Simmi still cares for Raman and family deeply. When she was talking to Toshi in the morning about how Ishita would come back, she mentioned that Ruhi had just started receiving a mother's love and she didn't want to take it away from Ruhi. And even she knows that there are some lines that shouldn't be crossed and plus she doesn't like Ashok either. She'd also be in closer proximity to Shagun then also, who she definitely hates. I don't know.

Either that's when Simmi backs out and realizes Parmeet's truth. Or that's when she starts building a closer relationship to Shagun and if Shagun ever tries to come back in Raman's life (as many of speculated about) she is one of the people who strongly supports Shagun. Or perhaps there's a different track in store.

But I mean there's still so much drama in store, post this conflict. The Romi mms scandal. The inevitable Mihir's engagement breaking. The whole Romi cheating scandal. I have a feeling it will blow up in Bala's face. The Bhallas and Iyers are going to have difficult times in regards to their relationship coming up. I'm super excited!

On another note, I really do love your posts! They're written so clearly and so eloquently and elicit such interesting discussions! Always a pleasure to read and respond to!

Thanks for the post, it has prepared me to not expect high of the coming episodes soon, to be disappointed later.

Edit- Plus it was quite surprising that this track is finishing so soon without aftermath drama, I mean everybody was shown quite Chill especially Ishita who has suffered a huge blow, an attempt of Rape, and I hope CVs don't let go of this huge and serious issue without emphasizing on what Ishita has gone through to Bhalla's, probably even 5% of what you had written OS about.

Because they had been focusing on Pervmeet's natak and planning and his exposure by Raman, But there is also another side of the events that occurred and that is Ishu's situation, of what horrendous situation she was in that no women ever wishes to. And on top of that the tables were turned towards her accusing and demeaning her character. Thats double disgusting.

Completely agree with u. They ve to show other side of coin too. it feels really incomplete they r not at all emphasising on mental state of Ishu. It is very sensitive issue n when They ve shown attempt of rape i feel they should do justice to it.
As u rightly said i too expect something similar to Anni's OS "Pieces of Puzzle"

I am already expecting this.
Even if they do believe Raman, the relation has soured and I doubt either Simmi or Toshi will ever look at Ishita the same way again. She will remain the woman who ruined Simmi's life until his true colours are fully out coz Parmeet also has his eyes on Bhallas' money.

What I am waiting to see is Simmi's role in this. Parmeet obviously needs her help to get anywhere close to the family.
If we consider the scenario that Simmi believes Raman, will she forgive him for the sake of the baby or is it gonna be another dirty battle?

If she doesn't trust Raman then the road is pretty clear, I believe.

This is a great post. Really glad that someone brought this up, as It was irking me too.

I completely agree with everyone that though the truth will be exposed to all, this will not necessarily lead to a change in the Bhalla's perception of ishita and belief in her. Being presented with hard facts is one thing but to then actually embrace the truth is another.

Ultimately this whole scenario is being played out to bring Ishra closer together. Being a sucker for romance that's great but like others I would love it if the writers explore the psychological and emotional effects this trauma has had on Ishita. It's a great
Opportunity for the writers to explore this facet of Ishita's personality. It would also be really interesting to watch how that effects her relationship with Raman.

as for raman and ishu moving out if that happens, i kinda want them to get their own place so they can be alone especially when ruhi is at school 😉☺️.

Thanks for the info Nabz I will try to catch the launch video of the show as per this and yep Balaji is being unusually fast in wrapping things up for a change and I like it... just saw the fatafat seg post by Ramona - I wanna see the aftermath of this exposure now, since they are saying Perv is gonna be out of the house - but its not mentioned - if he is kicked out or Simi and Perv walk out thinking they are being humiliated.

IshRa may get closer - the rest of the family though still may not believe them.

Hey Arsh thank you for this comment.

Well we do know now thanks to SBS and Ramona' post here the truth will be revealed and Perv will be out of the Bhalla home but as you rightly pointed out - there is still the matter of an attempted rape at hand here - which I hope the CVs dont forget to touch upon in a rush to get the romance angle here - because more then romantic scenes - IshRa need to have some emotional bonding, they have discovered each other' intellectual side so to speak - they know the other person' sense of humor too somewhat but there are still so many things to touch here. While I am glad the button scene touched upon that underlying attraction they have - esp Raman for Ishita - they still need some base work here to fall in love. These arent teens realizing the thrill of first love but two damaged people coming together and this Issue - Raman understanding the severity and impact of it on Ishita is very much needed - yes he proves her innocent but that doesn't heal the emotional scars she suffered.

And I hope to god she doesn't come back the moment Perv leaves Bhalla home it wont sit well, I hope her mom takes her back again and makes Raman understand what his family did to Ishita, what his silence did cannot be forgiven or forgotten that easily.

Toshiji and Simmi will not believe Raman. That has been obvious from the start. This particular incident was for Raman and Ishita only. So far, we have been seeing Raman as this guy who always doubted Ishita's abilities and doesn't think much of her. But now, the real Raman has come out. I have said this on another post previously, this track is to bring emotional intimacy between the two.
Here is what I think will happen. The mistrust of Toshiji will be crucial during "Romi's exam scam" and later when Shagun returns. Because Shagun has something that she badly wants-her grandson Aditya, whom she pines for every single day. With Shagun saying she regrets her actions, Toshiji will support her. After all she is Ruhi's mother too.

You should, it just made be happy at the thought they actually admitted that's what happens, and I meant, "ishita wasn't".
I agree, I was surprised at how fast everything went, usually I don't expect that to happen in serials, but surpassed my expectations and it felt weird in a good way. Yeah me to, I can't wait to see how everything is after the truth comes out, what will happen to ishra, the bhallas and so forth. Mmm, we will just have to wait and see whether he is actually kicked and simmi stays back or she goes with him blinded by her love. Let's face it the proof raman has is good but not full on solid, something that pervmeet can easily twist and make it sound like his some kind of victim.

It's good ishra will get closer, slowly slowly, which I'm happy about and I do want them to be on their own for a bit, I wonder if that will ever happen or not.
