WOW 7 pages already. I am late in joining this discussion: First things first : sensibly, coherently drafted post, with valid points👏

Some things in the last episode that worried me too:

- Simmi telling Ruhi that her Ishima was the reason they had to leave. That makes me think Simmi has the potential to go grey, I would like to believe that any woman (who is also a mother) in any frame of mind wouldn't ever do this to a child.

- The dialogue from Param where he said he has to ensure that at least his MIL and wife are always with him. He will do ANYTHING to make sure they still believe him

- The scene about taxi versus bus. I didnt understand it at the time. It felt like a filler scene. If Param wanted to run from there, he should have taken the first bus out. But the whole speech he gave to Simmi about him being capable of providing for his family (and bla bla bla... i tuned out there) seems interesting now. He is still smartly maintaining the facade of the proud, innocent, wronged son in law.

Sarika would be unreliable as a witness in any court now. Honestly, if we didnt know the whole story, we wouldnt believe her either. Simmi could always say "Who's to say Raman didnt bribe her, blinded by love for his wife". She could even go on to blame Ishita that she was really planning this for a long time, and thats why they even lied about Sarika's back story about Dubai. I think it is highly likely that Simmi will turn grey. I still however dont believe she will become a regular vamp. That would just go against the nature of YHM. If it does happen, it doesnt matter if Ishita comes home, or if Raman goes to the Iyers. The mom-sister duo will still blame her for wreaking havoc in their family and then the story will end up being about them against Ishita. I do NOT want that to happen, no matter how many Ishra moments it gets me.

Having said that, may thats the ONLY way Raman realises how it feels to be left out in the cold by your own family. He will start realising what Ishita went through (as you said, if he is unaware of it). They would have both made the tactical error of thinking that their word would be enough. And yes, the proofs don't matter if you are not ready to believe the person bringing them to you.

BTW - Did Toshiji SEE ishita's phone in the house? or did she just hear Ishita saying she'd left her phone there ?

Also, about the Perv, its HIGHLY likely that he will join Ashok. Whether Simmi betrays her brother for Shagun is something we'll have to wait and watch I guess

Here goes a quote I love a lot, and which I've been reminded of while watching this last week's episodes and all the discussions on the forum:
"All happy families are alike; each unhappy family is unhappy in its own way." - Leo Tolstoy, Anna Karenina

Aani - your posts MAKE me write long replys... You are to blame for my Ramayan Replies 😆

Lucky 😆😆 sorry I make you slog soo 🤣 I have this effect on people 😆😆 but what a reply

@red - I agree it was out of line for Simi to behave so with a child - one who she in fact loves in her own way - a moment ago she was saying to her mom she cannot let Ruhi suffer again she finally has got a mom and the next she does this - but I guess the stress got to her - more than a woman she was human here 😳

@blue - true they are his means of exploiting this family in every which way and while Toshi can be made to back down by Raman and her hubby Simi is the vulnerable victim here - she is his wife and the mom of his child, it will be hard for her to get this fact - accept her husband is a monster and she may continue staying his pawn - emotionally manipulated by him.

@purple - that is so interesting yaar I totally didnt pay attention to it much but true even when he is trying to save his tail here he wants to put on a show😡

@orange - yep Sarika is useless now, she wont be admissible as a witness even in a court of law - it would be a piece of cake for any good lawyer to prove her as a unstable woman or a liar anything and 😲 whoa if what you wrote next happens about Simi blaming ishu and planning this - it would be another trainwreck of sorts here- toshi will blindly support her daughter in this case sometime or another and Ishu would bear the brunt of her taunts *head desk* I hope Raman continues to stand for his wife in the case

@green - I believe she never saw the phone but Ishita asked her to take the charger off once the battery is full so yep that is another dead end of sorts

@maroon - while I agree with you Simi may not want to join Shagun but Lucky people like her are easily manipulated and if she continues to supp her hubby he may trick her into this as well - why cant you be by my side - if your bro can support his liar wife cant I expect my wife to stand by me - she would need to see him in action I suppose for her to believe the truth which will be heartbreaking

and I LOVE that AK quote its so true - every family that is happy looks alike - the misfortunes though they have their own identities

Rest everyone would believe somewhere, I feel. The track isn't over yet. Like someone said, he'll be back to get revenge for this fiasco, and perhaps then we might get a proper ending. Raman will KILL this guy if he attempts it again, and since that's the only organic ending-his being beaten up and sent to jail-we have to wait till The Return Of PervMeet Ji. This is far from over. But yeah, the Iyers and Mihir will think highly of Raman again, that's a plus point.

you have it nailed perfectly my friend - toshi would ruin her daughter' life with her support more than anything actually - I guess she doesnt want to see her daughter' marriage fall apart - but she has to understand this and may be she will in a cruel way someday that this marriage was a farce from the beginning and staying with that man will destroy Simi more than anything.

And yep the only good thing that will come of this is Iyers respecting Raman once again and of course IshRa' bond solidifying even more - as a couple and not as Ruhi' parents.

That's a real possibility you've raised there. I was thinking along similar lines. Sarika's credibility has severely been compromised and although her version of the story is correct, I wouldn't be surprised if Toshi and Simmi refuse to believe it. And I like how you mentioned previous incident's of Raman standing behind Shagun who did cheat and lie. I hadn't even thought about the possibility that his family could use that against him again. That would definitely go against Raman as well.

As others pointed out, the breakneck speed with what the show has been proceeding on really poses questions. And I'm almost certain that Simmi will refuse to believe Raman, quite possibly Toshi as well. I'm curious as to what Mr. Bhalla and Romi and Rinky's stance on this situation is. Mr. Bhalla wasn't happy when Ishita was leaving the house. And Romi did stop Simmi from physically harming Ishita. I have no idea why Rinky hasn't been shown yet. She witnessed an incident of Parmeet behaving suspiciously with Ishita. The CVs must have some sort of plan for her in this conflict because if she doesn't, then it makes that previous scene useless.

And as for leaving the house, I don't think Raman would leave the house. If anyone would leave, I think it would be Parmeet. He already wants to leave because he knows his game is up. With even Raman against him, I can't see Simmi wanting to stay either. I think they will leave. I do worry about Ishita in this situation tho. There's absolutely no way Toshi would be nice to Ishita after this fiasco. I'm scared she will treat Ishita much worse and basically make life hell for her, which Ishita totally does not deserve.

I also agree with other posters about Parmeet basically arranging his own downfall. That comment on Bala and Ishita's relationship was completely out of line. I'm sure almost everyone knows that Bala and Ishita share a brother-sister relationship and nothing else. The spoiler states that after Parmeet makes that statement (regarding their relationship), Ishita slaps him really hard. Not even Simmi stops her, which makes me believe that everyone, even Simmi, knows how wrong Parmeet is, thus pointing to a red flag for him. And apparently he goes and joins hands with Ashok. Even that is such a huge betrayal.

Which leads me to Simmi. I think she'll definitely walk out with Parmeet, but I'm not sure if she'll actually join hands or even approve of Parmeet joining hands with Ashok. Simmi still cares for Raman and family deeply. When she was talking to Toshi in the morning about how Ishita would come back, she mentioned that Ruhi had just started receiving a mother's love and she didn't want to take it away from Ruhi. And even she knows that there are some lines that shouldn't be crossed and plus she doesn't like Ashok either. She'd also be in closer proximity to Shagun then also, who she definitely hates. I don't know.

Either that's when Simmi backs out and realizes Parmeet's truth. Or that's when she starts building a closer relationship to Shagun and if Shagun ever tries to come back in Raman's life (as many of speculated about) she is one of the people who strongly supports Shagun. Or perhaps there's a different track in store.

But I mean there's still so much drama in store, post this conflict. The Romi mms scandal. The inevitable Mihir's engagement breaking. The whole Romi cheating scandal. I have a feeling it will blow up in Bala's face. The Bhallas and Iyers are going to have difficult times in regards to their relationship coming up. I'm super excited!

On another note, I really do love your posts! They're written so clearly and so eloquently and elicit such interesting discussions! Always a pleasure to read and respond to!

Hi 😊

thank you for this amazing comment and I am so delighted to know my posts interest you so 😳😊

@bold - yep I wouldnt believe her if I knew someone like her myself so but since sbs has shown Perv will be out of the home lets see what happens, if she is believed or not

@red - thank you! yep we still have to know the details of how this exposure plays out SBS has only teased us without giving away much so I cant wait for the epis to roll out here but if Perv and Simi walk out after some melodrama of his this point will be used to try and get Raman' morale down, make him think he is trusting another cheating woman

@blue - this is far from over as we know- and yes while Mr. Bhalla may not have liked the way Ishita was made to leave he stayed mum so that is also a crime - sinning by silence as for the rest of the family - I noticed Romi was disgusted when Ishita spoke up about Perv' actions will this redeem him? I doubt but will it make him think for a second time before he goes down the path of his BIL I hope so - I think he gave his bhabhi the benefit of the doubt and as for Rinky god knows where is she did the writers forget her? 🤔

@pink - we know now Perv leaves so Ramz leaving is moot point now but yep toshi will ensure she troubles Ishita a hell lot more on purpose trying to punish her unjustly I hope Raman doesnt take his mom' shit and is there for Ishita all the way

@orange - yep that comment would perhaps serve to bring in front of the family the extent of this creep' sick thinking in a way - it will reveal to them that their holier than thou SIL isnt a saint exactly if he has such a thinking and perhaps thats why even Simi couldnt stop the slap here even if she did before. It may damage him only by the means of receiving a slap but it can be the first shock which the Bhallas will receive in their thinking of this guy

@purple- the whole joining hands with Shashok is still very much an assumption and we can cross that bridge when it comes to it - yes Simi hates Shagun and loves her family but she may be still emotionally blackmailed by her hubby into standing by him if this does happen, and as a person who is highly emotional this can be possible.

@green - this is the tip of the iceberg - the problems are there aplenty also with Mihir' engagement might come another twist which will leave the Iyers shocked - that he is Shagun' bro and that cannot be a good thing perhaps and like you rightly pointed out Bala may actually be digging up his grave here - he has a son who he just got admitted in an expensive school, a gold chain gifted to his wife things may actually be played against him much like Ishita

Once again thank you for the comment may I pls know your name 😳
