haha i think she would've understood that he had to be with adi because she knows shagun is not such a great mother when it comes to taking care of her kids 😆 but i think she would also realize he called her and took the time to talk to her over the phone until she fell asleep...that was a really cute scene, because i feel like ishita really appreciated raman's concern towards her and the fact that he took the time to ask what was going on (whether it was "fake"/because of shagun or not). she really needed someone to talk to at that moment and found consolation in raman (even if she didn't get to share her concerns, she was able to find some comfort in the conversation). but i mean it would also be nice to see that she's jealous! that just means she has feelings for raman!! 😉

Bigger drama happening now..lol this is all forgotten i think, but if they do talk about this and if Raman does explain i think ishita will understand.
