We can't expect him to change in overnight from rude to soft. Some people don't learn in their whole life value of people in life. Raman is learning slowly but he is learning.

Who won't love a hot guy and sometimes sweet guy like Raman. It's just his actions and reactions are sometimes are beyond any excuses. And, thus someone has to point it, cos wrong is wrong, how much you defend it on the basis of excuses, it is still wrong. And mending it, and next time doing the same wrong thing again, doesn't deserve any excuse.
He has somehow many times tortured a woman..Ishita, though not physically, but mentally. That's also called exploitation.
