Raman said that Ishita stepped out the lives of Subbu mom long ago as she's no more related to Subbu...
But Subbu mom can instigate Raman here if ever she says who forgets his/ her first love...
Then, Raman will easily believes her...

Both have their past so I don t think raman cares of it but this preggo track for sure will get them back their bitterness
