Yup ... as I said above one person cannot be held responsible for this. I have just been obsessed with one SP show earlier and it had the same issue. However in long run it does impact actors as they are unable to take leaves and if they do then quality goes down. The "No bank" issue should be sorted out by channel and PH together.
