i think their is in'nt any thing serious going by what she meant.

"their is no major drama thank god for it"

it may be just to show raman's positive side or dark past to ishita .

raman understanding ishita's pain.

it is realistic means may be they are not gonna show any miracle by making ishita pregnant .
