This small scene needs special mention. The way Ruhi looked at Shagun innocently, and longingly. I could see love in her eyes for her mother. I know she loves Ishita a lot, but the desire to be loved by Shagun still lingers in her heart. I was touched by that scene. Somewhere deep down, I feel, Shagun too cares for Ruhi and gets happy seeing her...wish she could show that love...I mean she is her mother and we can't deny her relation with Ruhi.

No I don't think there was longing in that scene. I infact thought Ruhi was not happy to see Shagun and suddenly all her happiness due to IshRa roamnce was drained on seeing Shagun.

Nopes...I did not find that desire in her eyes...she was unhappy seeing shagun there...all of a sudden her happiness seeing her parents hugging in the rain vanish from her face...

she is ishu's daughter n her upbringing will only teach her to respect shagun since she gave birth to her...even ishu will never want ruhi to disrespect her birth mother...but love ruhi has given all to ishu that shagun has no place at all in ruhi's life...

I would say that scene...ruhi was giving respect to her birth mother...but she was numb seeing shagun...I did not see any love or desire in her eyes

I feel that shagun has some kind of feelings for ruhi definitely as she is her daughter may be a little bit but she cares..as it was shown when at the beginning ishu took ruhi to the hospital n then came to tell her about her whereabouts.. Shagun was worried.. N then that mitthu incident.. There too she was worried... Itz due to that ashok who has been manipulating her for a long time n now she is full of selfishness n dirty minded that she can't even feel the luv she has got for her child...

Anyways nice post...:)

nice post. ya nice scene there n baby actor done good job there.seems like ruhi went sad seeing her mother shagun morethan longing it's natural feeling comes btwn mother-child.somewhere she felt bad n sad of seeing her mother there as natural afterall they ve mom-daughter relation.shagun cares for ruhi n has mother instincts even with her own intentions she approached ruhi. shagun chose wrong path by leaving ruhi for her dreamy life.

to be honest shagun is never a good mother...if she was...adi would not have turn into a spoilt brat...if she was a good mother when ishu was telling her that adi was abt to consume bhaang...she kept quiet and was enjoying the sorry ishu was telling her...she did not even question adi abt his behaviour regarding trying to consume bhaang...what kind of a mother she is...
ashok's manipulation is another whole story...whether a mother chose the part of separation...divorce to be with another man...no mothers turns their kids into a spoilt brat...

i don't feel any kind of vibes when she is with ruhi...she doesn't care abt ruhi...if she does...when ruhi was in hospital...she would not have lied abt her blood to ishu even if its becos of ashok's manipulation...after ruhi has been cured...she would have at least take a look at her health than go...

for me...the word mother doesn't suits her at all...

like i say...ruhi respects her mother(shagun) since the upbringing is by ishu and Bhallas...but all her love is for ishu and only ishu...there is no place of love for shagun in ruhi's life

I would say that deep down Ruhi may have had the longing for her mother but she found her in Ishita..Shagun she only met a few months ago otherwise it has been made apparent to her since she could understand that her mother left her.
i am sorry but cannot relate to Shagun and calling her a mother is an insult to motherhood..how do you leave an innocent 6 month old with your elder son to go to your lover...and it wan not as if Raman was abusing her or ill treating her..she was matlabi and did it for money and supposedly greener pastures!!!
In that scene i saw apprehension, like what is she doing in my paradise...she was relieved when grandma told her to go inside.
Shagun's I missed you, came to give you chocolates from Adi Bhaiya was so FAKE!!! I felt like throwing up!!!
But Shagun in the future will use this angle to get or try to get back with Raman. She can try but I will be angry and dissappointed if CVs show that Raman accepts her especially after 6 years...i don't find that realistic especially after what Shagu has done including brainwashing his son!!! Shagun and Ashok plotting against IshRa by sending Adi to cause trouble is more logical but Shagun being taken back by Raman unbelievable and unacceptable!!
