Honestly i wud love that!! Ofcourse for ishu ruhi will be her first child no matter who comes n goes...but still i want ishu to experience this happiness of life...the happiness of giving birth to a child. Rather it wud be great if theres a whole track on it...like the dr telling to raman that there r hopes she can conceive but you will have to take lots of care of her n be very supportive...that wlll be awesome

this track will be seen for the future...when it hints the leap and separation...i am sure ishu will get pregnant with raman's baby...but than its going to lead into a separation of a few years than Ishra meet again...while raman has no clue abt his son/daughter...

for this to happen...they need to fall in love and consummate their marriage

I think if Ishita conceives it will be a total surprise to everyone. In Ekta's style it will Ruhi's insecurity (there are enough people to play with her little soul) that will cause problems and Ishita will end up aborting in so called sacrifice mode. But I would love to see Ishita and Raman get chance to complete their family by actually giving birth to a baby.
