I dont think 8 pm slot will do justice . i heard that Mahabharat will end in 4 months , so they may shift YHM to 8.30 slot .

Two Ekta shows won't run at the same time. I think there is a non compete policy with the channels that won't let that happen. Anyway as stAted YHM is making history with high TRPs at this time slot so why rock the boat now..leave it at 11pm.

Mahabharat was actually scheduled only for few months ...The show has been somewhat slow and they have got an extension for 100 episodes (i think )

In that case it would last only for 4 more months ( if they aren't planning to extend )

Yeah , Ekta wouldn't like to have both shows on the same slot . At the end Parichay came to an end

when parichay ends...I had tears...it was my most fav show...I hated colors for changing its time slot when it was doing good at its original

It did happen b/w colors n sony...Parichay's slot from its original time was changed to the slot time of BALH...both were Ekta shows compete at the same time n after few months Parichay was off air as it couldn't compete BALH...the slot time change was the killer of Parichay

JA is not just descended from heaven with high trp it started with 1 plus & gradually rose over many months so any show can do the same its nothing unusual matter

but yes theres no news of this sort of time slot changes just random speculation from some fb page thats fanmade

and balh is running with below 1 trps since ages now

so what abt mb that airs on 8? YHM will give tuff comp to JA nd BV i wouldnt mind a change bt dont want mb to go off air :-(

maybe you all are not aware, but Jodha Akbar is no longer an Ekta show:

11 is the perfect slot, frankly not because of any other reason but because people are accustomed to it now and 9 out of 10 times when shows change slots, they lose audience, for a show that has begun to garner TRPs in what can be called the Graveyard slot in a way, this would be suicide, since not all of its current audience would be able to catch it on SP with DKDM, BV & JA giving it tough competition and having established fanbases of their own in the said slot.
