Divyanka was better during the starting of the show..She was simply fab..but these days I feel she needs to tone down bit. She is still a fab actress though and perfect for Ishita's character. Karan has been quite consistent performance wise, gotta admit that. He has been doing an awesome job as Raman.

The problem isn't with Divyanka, but rather with the way Ishita is characterized. Ishita's reactions and dialogues are OTT, so Divyanka performs really well with dialogues and reactions she is given.

Hopefully, they'll make Ishita talk less "sirf Ruhi ke liye" (idk if I spelled that right haha) and actually have a civil conversation with Raman.

sorry I disagree...DiVan are equally good for me...
I have seen Divayanka's BMTD before...years back...I know her way of giving performances...she is perfect n one of the best actress of tellywood...currently the focus is too much on raman thats why he is being praised...for me DiVan are the soul of the show...if the trps are high is becos Divan-Ruhanika chemistry TOGETHER...n the scenes b/w ishu-ruhi...I find not OTT...ishu has never become a mother nor ruhi has got a mother's love...the affection is showered more...I don't find it OTT...one has to go through the emotion of ruhi-ishu to judge
