The Barricade
She turned and waved me to come towards her..I rushed without a second thought..She looked at me with that hidden ,, cosy ,, and warm tilt of lips and asked if I would have tea,,pointing towards a nearby shed that seemed to be,, a monument of love to me at that moment..
She took my hand and led me there,,full 10 steps,,full 10 unspoken promises of togetherness,,compassion,,faith,,hope,,comfort,,truth,,happiness,,gratitude,,love and,,
life...
The tea that vendor handed to me failed to ignite that sense of fleeting tenderness which her one caress did..Her one glimpse enchanted my
core..
Dreams are a way of confessing our deepest truths to ourselves,,which we never might ponder upon in our sane-brain ridden persona...
And I understood what I desire ...
She clapped her fingers in front of my face and my trance broke..She pointed toward my watch and then,,hostel..
I started dragging my feet with heavy heart ,,but couldnt control to take a last look at her,,to imprint her facial features on my senses...Unable to look forward to the puddle of mud ,,I slipped..But then,,a melody played itself and craning my neck to trace the source,,I once again come across her petulous lips..Getting up,,another,,strange,,very strange,,sound knocked my eardrum and with astonishment,,I realised its me,,,laughing..
Bidding adieu to her,,I travelled back,,,
And once again,,she stood on the other end of the road!!!!
P.S-So,,ok this might be very bad but please,,bear it!!!
