Siyali - Uttkarsh - Sid Rajputs are sibblings :o ??????

But the orphanage nun was like Siyali and Utkarsh are not blood relatives.. But why did Urmilla abandon them if they are her kids??

Siyali isn't their sister. She isn't blood related to Utkarsh or Sid. She might have always been an orphan or perhaps the daughter of some friend of theirs. Anything is possible but she def ain't their sister. Plus those ladies only seem to be thinking and inquiring about Utkarsh and remembering how he was entrusted upon Siyali.

Sid and siyali r NOT BROTHER AND SISTER..notice the is ishq wala love looks..when they were kids..*sighs* so cute..and dont drown my ship u lot...

For sure its confirmed that Sid Utkarsh are brothers and Siyali is defenitely not in their blood relationship.
