Wow Delia! What gave you that impression? I read the FFs regularly. Being busy is okay. But no one reads them is a rather tall claim. I am, in fact waiting for new updates from kismet snnipets and Manu and Preet are two different people' prompt. Do them soon. Even Preeti has not undated her ff in a looong time. And I hope Megha completes her ffs and not leave them in between. I was quite looking forward to SB24's FF but then even that got discontinued. Waris OS by tanuu also got discontinued.
It is very unfair on readers if you suddenly give up writing that to in the middle of the story. I am talking for myself of course. But I get involved in a story and it is rather difficult to you know give up and know that I will never know how it ended. Would you ever forgive a professional writer if they stopped a published and a well received series right in the middle by claiming no one read them? You wouldn't. Admitted there is not much that we can do if a writer suddenly discontinues a series but that is very unprofessional of him or her. And if in future they come up with something new, I would at least think twice before I take up their book as I have been disappointed once.
Don't mind my bluntness but that is my honest opinion. And also I believe in writing for myself. It doesn't matter if I don't get many reader on my blog. I say it's their loss and move on. Appreciation feels great but lack of it should not put you down.
