I dislike the storylines in this show very much! Very very much! It's not because they don't have anything original or new, it's because they are boring. When I see Vivaah I rarely see sparks of creativity. I love dramas. I love typical triangle drama. I love marriages based on compromise better than marriages based on 1st love. Drama is drama and it sets my pulse racing. That can explain why I want to write and have my own soap someday.

I write now. I like writing. I write the same love stories. I have written my own version of cindrella with new twist. To be more honest I did it when I read another version of cindrella that was different than the original. The story is mine. I wrote it my own way. I wrote what I felt and what I saw. My characters were my own and they were different. There is no such thing as being original. Nothing in this world is original. What matters is you tell the story in your own beautiful way. You make the audiences get lost in your world. Make them forget their own world. And Vivaah is failing miserably! I swear today felt like a torture. Vivaah has potential. They have a decent cast. From villains to heroine, no one sucks at acting. They seem like they have decent funding. With so many parties and trishna's outfits. They can do so much better!!

lets see what we have::

We had 2 lovers separated:: A painful process. I have seen it before this . I don't mind seeing it again. But I was yawning through out Raj and trish's process. I really was! If it's a heartbreak then let our heart break for a while. Let us see how much trishna was suffering and How Raj tried to hold it together but ocassionally broke down. Let me see the love. Let me cry! What's the point of breaking hearts if it doesn't break our heart. I love writing heartbreaking stories. When your audience cries even a single tear you know you got something. I have cried over my tv couple's pain before. trish and Raj didn;t manage to toucha single cord in my heart.

We had a marriage based on one sided love:: This is repetitive but we could've seen such a beautiful story. We could've seen Trishna slowly falling for Rajdeep. But what did we get sex on the 1st night! (yay!) Everytime Rajdeep did something we should've seen trishna be awed or falling for him a little by little but most of the time we got trishna's strict face! Then he saves her and get hurt in the process. That's what made her fall in love with him. Did the story have to be sooo boring? Couldn't they show atleast 3 episodes on Trishna helping Rajdeep get better and sharing cute moments. Eyelocks?? And then trishna can realize she loves him?? They waste so much time one Trivedi's lame crap they could'nt give trishna and Raj few more scenes?

We had a marriage that is based on compromise:: Let us feel it. Let us see Raj really didn't forget about helping Tanya. If you are making him a prince who saved a victim then let us see Tanya have few more nightmares where Raj helps her. Let Tanya get stronger. Let her bloom! Let us feel ok Tanya really needed this and Raj really did rescue her. Don't let us see ok they are married now he is letting her live her own life except for the absolute time of need.

Raghav Sujata:: From any angle Raghav does not look like a hero I would fall in love with. He is young and Rich! Where is the hot part?? Where is the charm?? look at Shakti! The guy is an uncle for god sake and I get all happy when he comes on screen. Rajdeep might be ugly but I can still tell he is a rich guy. Raghav comes and I am like yawn. Where did this office accountant come from. Their conflict was so boring. They could've made it look so much nicer. tell the same exact story in a different way. Let Sujata reject Raghav, let Raghav try and win her back. The true rich, dashing ,every girl's dream man way. If I wanted to see average boring guys I will not turn to tv. Even my real life has more exciting male presence than this!

Every day this show goes on 30 mins and end of the it I wonder what did I just see? NOTHING!

I stopped watching this show a while back so I am not sure if I will make sense. But there are some things that I wanted to say about the show. I feel that there is so much blandness in this show. Only once in a while do we see a couple of minutes of spark. The rest of the time, I end up asking myself why did I actually watch this episode, since nothing happened. They creatives are not using these resources to their full potential. These show could climb trp ratings if they showed progress on a regular basis. They spend a lot of time on things that do not need to be focused on, but they give so much little time, or no time to things that should be looked into. As of actors, they have A+ to B- actors in this show. They should use them sufficently.

Yes, watching this show is torture, I personally would spend my 30 mins doing some good reading, then watching this.You know I think the biggest problem is that they are doing the wrong things at the wrong time. Like seriously some fundamental things they are missing. If they pay attention to them, more people will watch this show. I really wish they change things around, because this show is sinking in the drain.

Creativity is missing, drama is missing, a lot of the spice is missing (shakti is a pleaure to look at, wish they had him more, and so witty), so much repitition, focus on unimportant things, lack of storyline ,and the list can go on and on.

And I agree with your point about orginality, nothing is always original. There is always some kind of same base in all stories, but there should be something extra, that would make the audiences so like "whoa 😲" and all other needed emotions they audience should feel, so that they show is successful.

agree with everything said so far. Also I think they need to show a little less of trish. I know her character is the strongest and everything but let's face it she does not sell the show. No one really cares about her at a deep level. I have only seen 2 or 3 people who love her. Most people dont connect with her. there is nothing wrong with her but there is nothing so amazing that it grabs you and glues you to the show. so they should cut back on her scenes a lot. most of her scenes are repetitive anyways. these days her voice is even dubbed. I don't like her original voice neither do I like the dubbed one.

Yeah, I felt that about Trish when I used to watch the show. There was some kind of barrier, I could not fully make it through to her character. Yeah, Trish is treated in a special way in Vivah, thats what I felt before, I dont know about now.

&& also, i want trish to look the way she use to. she was so cute and simple and has that aura you know?

know we get this girl with clothes that look like its top of the style party wear, with too much make-up and mop as hair.

i agree with you yaar...

all my 30 mins just goes wasted that i have stopped watching the serial already....all i want to see a good stroyline and also focus on raj-tanya relationship how their relationship slowly changes into love but no all they show rajdeep past...raj-trishna scenes whisch makes tanya insecure....and the creeps of vivaah....

being honest if comapre to vivaah and ekta serials i will choose ekta serials because there is some light moments in it too and at times the serial goes fast pace too.....at least when ekta serials ends after 1/2 hour i could understand what is happening....but vivaah consist one of my fav when its ends i only ask myself what did i saw just now

I pick ekta serials anyday anywhere! Yes they don't make sense at time, but are serials really there to make sense? It's for entertainment purpose. As long as it's not harming anyone and doesn't mess with my entertainment I am just fine.

yup can't agree with you more...yes ekta serials at times no sense at all like killing aditya-maithilli love story in kggk.....kiling prem away from kdmhmd and copying devdas-kzk in kasturi....but still she creates magic and in the end we just think about what is going to happen...

but in vivaah great cast and concept but lack of ideas how to produce it

I want to shoot all balaji members! I can NOT believe they killed Adimets. They died the most painful death! How could she? she had nothing to gain from it.

But at the end of everything she leaves an impression. The thing that gets to heart. The result might not be what i liked but I remember what happened.

Best of all she creates the best jodis indian television has ever seen!!! The best best best jodis!😆
