If it would have been Ekta's serial she would have shown Meera or Priyanka or Annu or Nikki or even Juhi for that matter doing Anthim Sanskar ... but it is not Ekta's world but still you are right they should have shown Rohan . Even if he is out of India he can always come and do it . But I think Rohan ( Akshay Anand ) has not been paid well so he left the serial 😊

and you are right Anushika doesn't need to withdraw the case on rishab, because rishab can get bail on this that his brother died and he has to be there, and then he can go straight to the court whenever his hearing is...

so yeah, I want to see this case so she should not withdraw the case, because they can have rishab out with a bail order, and this time he can get an urgency bail😳

Bigamy is a crime according to Indian Penal code.And the punishment can be severe.Physical abuse can add up to that.And sometimes a non bailable warrant can be issued.What they have shown was correct to some extent in the begining. Rishab can be granted a bail as Rohan was missing and produced in court latter.There must be some mystery behind , why Kunal asked to withdraw the case.May be Rohan was fed up with Rishab's politics and wanted to lead a peacefull life with his daughter.
