Bigamy is a crime according to Indian Penal code.And the punishment can be severe.Physical abuse can add up to that.And sometimes a non bailable warrant can be issued.What they have shown was correct to some extent in the begining. Rishab can be granted a bail as Rohan was missing and produced in court latter.There must be some mystery behind , why Kunal asked to withdraw the case.May be Rohan was fed up with Rishab's politics and wanted to lead a peacefull life with his daughter.

thanks for mentioning physical abuse, obviously it's a crime to marry someone else without your wife's permission.

But only in physical abuse matters this is a none bailable offense not in Rishab's case😳
