I hate it when I start crying when I get angry. I am not a short-tempered person, but my inability to handle rage isn't very good.

When I get really angry over something and I can't handle it, I just start bawling like a child! I yell and cry at the same time.

People around me think that I may be shedding tears because I am sad, but it's quite different. I have tried to get rid of this habit a lot of times but I haven't been successful.

These days, I have been reading lot of books on spirituality by Brian Weiss to try and help me.
