Rishab is talking to Raman over the phone and asks him about the status of the factories, and offers to come there to help them. Meera tells Rishab to let Rahul handle the factories, as he its his responsibility. Rishab tells Meera that he and Anoushka are going to start the adoption procedures. Meera asks him to think carefully and not make a decision on emotions, as they may have their own child.
Anoushka is getting ready and very happy, playing with the toy bear.
Rishab tells Meera that he has hid a truth from them including Anoushka. He tells her that recently he went for a checkup and found out that he is responsible that Anoushka cannot have children, there are some medical complications with him and he cannot have a baby, they can be treated, but it will take about 2 years, so he cannot have a child before 2 years.
Anoushka is happy, joyfully coming downstairs, when nearing the end she loses her balance and slips, but luckily Rishab catches her. She still ends up hurting her leg. Rishab takes her to the hospital. Meera and Rishab are at the hospital and Priyanka also joins them.
After Anouskha's checkup the doctor informs them that Anoushka is pregnant. Meera immediately thinks about Rishab's words that he cannot become a father before a couple of years due to some medical problems. Rishab also acts as though he is not happy. Priyanka is happy and tells Meera and Rishab to go see Anoushka. Meera tells her to go, she needs to talk to Rishab, but Priyanka takes Rishab to see Anoushka.
Raman calls up Meera and tells her that they have incurred a lot of losses due to the factory raid and a couple have been sealed and its all Rahul's fault. Rahul is in a bad state.
Priyanka leaves Rishab is in Anoushka's room and goes to see the doctor. Rishab is very aloof, Anoushka is very happy. Meera calls Rishab and tells him that Raman is going to Goa so she had to come home and tells Rishab to come home soon as well, but leave Anoushka at the hospital, and ask her what she has decided to do about the baby.
Rishab comes home and asks about Rahul. Meera tells him that the loss incurred by the factory can be made up, but what about the loss of respect they have suffered due to Anoushka. Rishab tells her not to depend on him for anything, there are wounds which cannot be healed. Meera tells him that she will heal his wounds, he should just do as she says. Meera asks him if he asked Anoushka what she intends to do about the baby. Rishab tells her that Anoushka was so happy that he could not get himself to ask her that. Meera tells him that even if her daughter had committed a "paap" like Anoushka she would not have forgiven her either. Rishab goes upstairs.
A courier arrives for Anoushka Lamba. Meera receives it and reads it. It's a letter from Gargi who informs Anoushka that she has punished her husband for what he did, she is divorcing him, but you are equally responsible.
A car arrives, Meera goes out to see, its Priyanka and Anoushka is with her, Meera looks at them and then goes inside. Both Priyanka and Anoushka are surprised by Meera attitude. Priyanka helps Anoushka and they enter the house. No one is there to greet them. Anoushka tells Priyanka that this does not seem like her house, no one is happy that she is pregnant. Rishab and Mummyji do not seem happy.
Priyanka takes Anoushka to her room, and then goes to see Meera. Meera asks Priya why did she bring Anoushka back here, Priya tells her then where should she have taken Anou. Meera tells her did you not have Kunal number, Kunal could have taken Anoushka to his house, he should be able to take care of his "najaiz" kid. Priyanka is surprised. Rishab is standing behind, with his head and eyes down, as though in shame.
The episode ends on Priyankas surprised face.
