At the Lamba House Priyanka is goes to the mandir for the pooja, Pandit asks about Meera, she says that for all these years Meera has come here everyday, today Bhagwan should go to Meera. Priyanka plays the "shank". Raman and Meera are in their room, Raman on hearing the shank asks Meera who is playing that, she does not answer.
Raman gets a call from his office from Kumar who informs him of some meeting, he tells Kumar that there is something else today and he does not remember it. Meera gives Raman his hanky, coat. Raman is about to leave when she says that she has resigned from the position of a mother, but does he want her to resign from the position of a wife as well. Raman look puzzled, she brings his pen and puts it in his coat pocket, puts money in his wallet and gives it to him and he kisses her and leaves the room.
Rahul is sleeping. Priyanka brings Aarti to the room, puts tikka on Rahuls forehead, and then with a "dori" ties his hands. Priya and Rahul joke a little about his tied hands. She tells him that all things between them have been sorted out, but she is thinking about the distance between Maa and Dad. Rahul tells her that he is also worried about them. She says that now it is time that they take on the responsibility of the son of the house and she of the bahu rani. She then tells him to come downstairs soon for breakfast.
Raman, Anoushka and Rahul are at the breakfast table, Priya brings breakfast and serves it to Raman. Raman inquires from Anoushka about Rishab absence, she says he left early for some meeting. Rahul tells Raman if he remembers something about today the 16th. Juhi come down, is happy and says that who can forget what today is. Rahul tells Raman that today is important because he has a meeting with income tax commissioner. Juhi feels let down, sad. Priyanka brings her breakfast, she takes a look at it , rejects it and leaves.
Meera is standing in her rooms window, a sad expression on face, she sees Juhi leaving.
Priyanka brings her car and stops it in front of Juhi and offers her a ride to college and asks Juhi why she is angry with her. Juhi after a little coaxing sits in Priya car who then drops her to college. Priyanka asks her why she is looking so sad. Juhi tells her that when anyone from that house comes close to her she feels suffocated and leaves.
Priyanka meets Juhi professor "Verma" and tells him to make Juhi study. He tells her that Juhi grandfather is a trustee and everyone is afraid of Juhi and nobody tells her anything. Priyanka assures him that no action will be taken against him and he should not be afraid.
Juhi is in the canteen with other girls when the peon comes to inform her that Professor Verma would like to see her, she makes fun of the professor, the professor himself comes there and catches her hand. He tells her that Priyanka has given him the responsibility for her education and she should report in the lab, he leaves and Juhi follows him, she tells him she is not interested in education and they can find a way out of this. Prof. Verma tells her that the blame does not lie on her but her parents who have not given her any sanskars. She is hurt by the mention of her parents name and tells him she will come to the lab and study.
Juhi goes to the lab, Prof. Verma is there. He tells her that they will be doing an experiment and he will explain the theory to her, Juhi tells him lets continue with the old theory of "sanskars". She takes a vial and drops it on the floor then another one, then she throws other things on the floor as well, opens her hair and makes them untidy. She tells the Prof. that you want to talk about my sanskars, now everyone will be talking about your sanskars. She starts screaming …. What are you doing, somebody help me, runs out of the lab crying.
