Can anyone tell why my wmm isn't working?

It isn't letting me import my audios and when it does, the audio volume doesn't work?

I tried to open a new movie and start all over again but same result!

Please help :)

@arti: is it only for a particular mp3 or does it do it w/ all of them? b/c if it is only one of them then its prolly something wrong w/ the format or file of the music but it if it is w/ all of them check if your computer can plaly th mp3 and if that is okay then something is wrong w/ ur wmm program
