From what I know and read in gossip pages in Bollywood forum, The issue was that they were shooting an intimate scene and the actor touched the actress inappropriately. She slapped and then complained to her husband who was the director of the show. Nothing happened after that matter was then pushed under the carpet.

Waise in Jodha Akbar also Rajat Tokas & Paridhi didn't get along.

In Madhubala also I have heard Vivian & Drashti had lot of issues.

During Kaisi hai Yaariyan tv run, Parth & Niti didn't get along.

We used to have an intro sequence with only music but they stopped using it in the episodes

And the entire forum wants to forget the cringey song the showrunners came up with which used the title music of the show
