Ask a Hindi belt audience for that. Rajni's style is one part. The story of a common man doing good for society and punishing a corrupt is a rage between public. Aise shows/movies are loved a lot. Aparichit is cult because of that as well.

We can't put the blame entirely on the creators...they create these content cause the people consume them...just like Ekta 's crap shows , she has been doing that for 2 decades cause she always has an audience for that that's why they create such crap to mske easy money

But if you look at 70s, All those Amitabh Bachchan sir's angry young man movies are on that theme only. They were loved, & worshipped. & All the Bachan movies were one man show. But look at their female characters!! They were soo strong! They had a voice, an agency, most of them were independent & they made the life choices themselves.

So why ? As the year passed we went backward in stead of moving forward!Why?
