no one knows tht...but parth did say tht he might come back but not confirmed

His mysterious entry into Westwood (where mysterious events happen regularly and mystery stalkers walk in and out unchecked), his will-I-won't-I moments and subsequently not committing, his "I have everything, but still, I feel I have nothing", his exit from the show, his exit from the college and then medical reports to indicate (possibly) terminal illness, all indicate that "Prithvi" was just a cover identity, and he really was a mole planted to record and relay secret information.

Unfortunately for him, he got stuck into being Prithvi, that he seemed to forget why he was there at all. His "I have everything but still I have nothing" comment is likely to be a reference to the fact that he isn't who he says he is, or rather, he isn't a real person. He was supposed to spy on the group, but ended up being a part of the group.

Spying is a recurring theme in BFF and this is just one more example. Likely.
