I get the feeling it is Sanju, since we've yet to see the screen of her phone- we've seen Ella's often, Vinnie's once (note Samentha Fernandes as an entry) {u talking abt simmi of d3 here}but not Sanju's. We even saw Sanju talking to someone like it was nothing out of the ordinary

i did not get u?????????????

i think the reason behind ela's this act is pure jealousy

see if you collect everything point by point you may find that

firstly ela was heartbroken that day as how much ever flirtious she is shown she had "true feelings" for varun and he hurt her ego and proposed sanju who is introvert specially towards boys

plus she is also shown academically bright so now that intelligence is having an upper hand as compared to ela's"beauty" she must be fuming with anger and thus she "pushed"(which i can't understand how) varun and still she wasn't satisfied with that so she exchanged papers with sanju

about vinnie i think she might be involved with varun in his plan reasons:

1)she was planning something with varun in that party when she was alone with him"don't worry babes aaj raat ko hi ,everything is planned"-remember varun saying these lines before their kiss

2)that mystery man "first stalker" was caught in vinnie's house only he had full chance to scare her she was alone and her brother is least bothered about her she was an easy target but still he got caught so easliy at her house only while he scared sanju-when prithvi was there at her house and ela -when mac was there with her along with many people at disco

3)sometimes they show vinnie too scared while sometimes she shown so hyper and starts getting scared unnecessarily

possible maybe even sanju has a dark secret afterall its a mystery you can't trust anyone

watever ella has done,cant be excused wit nethng,she echnged her paers dat too wit her bff and the wrst part for e was dat ella cnfessed dis nt bcoz of her guilt bt bcoz of dat mystery man,dis shows dat she was nt at all feeling guilty aftr ruining sanju's career!!!!! bcoz uski bff ke sath ye karne ke baarein mein usne socha bhi kaise!!!! mreover she was teling vinnie dat she didnt want to tel sanju,it was all bcoz of dat mystery man!!!! dat means she still dsnt feel guilty!!!! ella was jealous of sanju at every moment,bt she crossed all her limits!!!!!! sanju ne thk kiya use thappar marke!!!!

now vinnie is a suspect for me,vinnie was nt shocked to the power of extreme aftr knowing dis truth,thn dat day vinnie talked wit sme1 on the phne(mystery) then vinnie nver gt angry over varun,wen varun propsed ella or sanju,though he flrted wit vinnie too!!!! dats suspicious!!!!!!

In a way it's believable because Sanju and fail and yes I had feelings that her paper must have been swapped but never thought it would have been with Ela, but why she did it, probably to prove she's better than Sanju and that selfishness overpowered friendship
