here's wat i think

practically speaking yuvi should go to jail since he has committed crime. attempt to rape is a crime n must be punished.

but the CV's so far never punished any criminal. see taps attempted to kill iccha n forced vansh to suicide she was let off despite the fact that there was solid prooof against her(nothing against taps here just a fact) tej killed daddaji nani pushkar kidnapped n tried to finish off yuvi they were let off. jogi has done 2 murders (so wat if its an accident a murder is still a murder). rathod also raped taps ( she didnt care coz CV's didnt show like that).

rape's punishment is also life sentence ..so murder and rape are equal crime

yuvi needs to spend a minimum years behind bars ..well we don't know whether tej will go to jail or not..the track is yet to come..

previously other didn't go to jail that doesn't mean yuvi also won't get punishment..onl if he really repents and surrenders then he can have a chance

There is nothing to expect any morality from this illogical serial.

I dont think anyone remember ichcha going to jail for murder

yuvi should be given chance to reform.thats why he must be sent to jail.he doesn't feel guilty now.if he felt guilty he must accept his punishment.instead he is trying to escape from the punishment.anyone going to jail doesn't become criminal.its only vice versa.
And in rathore's case it is not rape at all as tappu never felt any trauma.instead tapu used that pregnancy to get into veer's life.
