sorry 4 this over exciting headline.

in yesterday's epi we saw that tappu and rathor saved chanda.so why do they not save yuvi also.
ichcha promises rathor that she will save mukta at any cost.she kept her promises.so rathor and tappu also should save yuvi.they can make yuvi positive.yuvi is totally being spoilt by mai.so if yuvi get s punishment then mai also shold get punishment.but no.

see first thing if yuvi is not given another chance to improve then , first rathore should go to jail, he did same thing.even if victim doesnot remember thing it does not mean , he is not criminal.

and yuvi went atleast 2-3 times in jail! did he improve na.

how he will improve if he is in jail for 7 years, he will hate his family n only love mai.

i was thinking taps should save him in return of some agreement so he has to listen to her, and according to agreement he has to work in damini pathshala. so he will come in contact wid his mom and slowly improve.

i m not supporting wat he did, but watever he tried to do ,he did in feat of rage for that he feels guilty but donot have guts to admit it. and if someone teaches him how controll his anger , wat is right or wrong then he will be gud person

in jail among other criminal he will be spoiled

and main reason we don't want srj to quit

unforunately there is no special law against attempt to rape.

but wat yuvi did can come under category os sexual harassment.

and there r different types which are defined under it.

maximun punishment is 7 years depending on type.

so first rathore should be punished he took advantage of unconscious lady and later pressurized her to marry.

but yuvi once he realized his mistake , he did not stalk mukta or troubled her. he feels guilty but not ready for punishment.

but he should be punished, not in jail but in bundela house under taps n iccha.

yuvi should be given chance to reform.thats why he must be sent to jail.he doesn't feel guilty now.if he felt guilty he must accept his punishment.instead he is trying to escape from the punishment.anyone going to jail doesn't become criminal.its only vice versa.
And in rathore's case it is not rape at all as tappu never felt any trauma.instead tapu used that pregnancy to get into veer's life.

i don't want to copy paste here.

by law rathore is more succeptible for punishment than yuvi.

u know rape done on prostitute against her consent is rape , and it is not like just coz she is prostitute it is not considered as crime.

even if during rape victim cooperates but initially had resisted it becomes rape .

so wat rathore did was rape only.

imagine that day if yuvi had succeeded in spiking mukta's drink and taken her advantage, and mukta does not remember the event .

later on becomes pregnant and is forced to marry yuvi.

and since iccha was not there to save her , she would have continued to plan plott against meethi and iccha.

that tym just coz she is doing evil tricks , it will be not considered as rape?

jail will spoil him for , he think his mom hates him.

i want him to reform and then they can show him going to jail.

but first rathore should go

what if in jail he meets tej n pushkar who spoil him more!

Yes what rathore did is crime ?but tappu must have lodged a police complaint soon after she knew it.It didn't happened.She must have punished him.instead she kept quiet.why? And what yuvi did also is a criminal and how you think he will reform if let away? And there must be some justice shown to the girl also na?
First he must realise what he did was wrong. if he really felt guilty he will know that what his mother did was right.
And now too he hates her becoz he was raised like that by mai.
He never loved his mom and will he expect his mom to love him?

offcourse i want yuvi to be puinshed!

i love both mukta and yuvi,

but first lets start from all old generation.

she realised wat rathore did much later u forgote rathore blackmailed taps , and he helped veer against satya.

only on 1 condition that taps should marry him

now if yuvi goes to jail

he can reform only if rathore accompany him and correct him

or iccha goes to meet him in jail and teaches him.

how she used to teach other kids in jail

will cvs show this?

i used hate rathore first , but later on i forgive him . its mainly because of gaurav chopra acting who convinced that it is positive character.

saurabh is such a gud actor , we love him. he showed otherside of yuvi.

and how yuvi has become like this due to mai.

but cvs will not show any punishment to mai.

instead wen yuvi will come back , he will think only mai was bothered about him and noone else.

this is uttaran which has shown so many unrealistic things,

if thet want to show realism in this case then start wid correcting old mistakes.

first of all i hate cvs for spoiling yuvi's character wid rape thing.

yuvi mukta had best chemistry , that they did not utilisedf.

now they don't have any gud pair to show a young budding lovestory.

Cvs should not have shown this rape track at all...But this track was at point of no return.I agree on that yuvi's character is wasted.But we cannot justify a rape attempt,just becoz someone has not been punished for the same crime.It is impossible for yuvi to escape jail.
he cannot be reformed if let away.if he is let away the show would sent a wrong message to the society.

yuvi has to go jail atleast for 1 year ..tappu never considered rathod as her rappist..but mukta is going through the trauma..if yuvi was feeling guilty and was ready to surrender and whatever punishment he is given to then i can consider him to be saved from jail but he thinks he has no fault mukta provoked him and he after all these wanted to teach lesson to mukta..so there is no way left but him going to jail
