Pls tell me

I know the current track is utterly disgusting (thats a very mild word to say), but jus tell me , where did nani get a dead baby from , did she steal it from someone, I mean some other mother? So, for committting one sin , she has committed two sins --- she has separated two babies from its mothers :( :( :(
